Good catch. Yes. Edited it. Hope they don’t press or it will be a long evening.

We have potential to be really good, but we have some things we have to figure out. Holding onto leads is one of them and breaking a press consistently is another one.

Saturday will be tough. If we don't learn how to break a press consistently, the season will be over because teams will just start pressing us all game long.

Basketball band was there tonight. I said the same thing. 6.4 seconds left and that is best thing you can draw up after a timeout? The last two games have been this way. Should have won them both.

This team doesn't know much about how to break a press. Shocking to me. We really need our 90% free throw shooter to not miss clutch free throws. If he hits the last one in regulation he missed we don't go to OT.

Some observations tonight that cause me to shake my head: 1. The crowd was really small tonight. I guess because it was a Wednesday night and at 8 pm? I mean there really were not a whole lot of students either. 2. Who enjoys refs taking over the games? 8 total fouls called in the first half. Had to have been over 30 in the second half. Both teams were in the bonus with 8:32 left in the second half. That was a brutal whistle fest watching there. 3. We blew a 17 point lead AT HOME. So frustrating. We should have won the last two games. We lead FAU for 36 minutes of the game and UAB for 37 minutes of the game. 4. I love watch Edward's shoot the ball, but sometimes he just looses the ball not even being defended. He did this multiple times tonight. So agonizing to watch.

We need to win tonight to stay in the race. We need to stop letting them shoot free throws. 8 fouls called in the first half. Has to be over 25 this second half.

Any update on where all the fans are?

Whatever the outcome, we played toe to toe with them on the road. This is a good UNT team.

WHY are we shotting another 3 after the miss? Leaves them too much time. As Emmitt mentioned above, why the hurry?

What is Noland doing on that pass?

Davis in the middle of 3 of our guys and somehow gets the rebound. How about we just box out and get it ourselves?

Home call. Looked like a charge to me.

Who would like to bring off the bench to replace his scoring?

I thought it was a great interview. I didn't need him to talk about UNT, since it was about how his team is in first place of the Big 12. Proud that he was our coach, left us in good shape, and happy for him at Tech.

You can’t convince me otherwise. 17 home wins in a row with a packed house and a rowdy crowd with a team win! Down vote me all you want; we don’t need football.

When you live and die by the 3 point shot like this team does, you are bound to have an off shooting night like today’s game.

Good team. They are getting better each week. They were sloppy tonight and still win by nearly 20. Pretty decent crowd with the cold and students still returning.
