I don't. I know what we have. I expect it. But again, Morris doesn't focus on anything but play calling and his offense. He simply believes he can outscore anything the other team does and in the end, who cares what the defense does.

I didn't see targeting. Defenseless yes, but not high or crown to me.

I have disappointing news for you: If he wasn't let go after last season, he won't be let go after this year with a 3-4 loss season.

To me, from what I have seen out of Morris, he does not give a lick about defense. All he cares about is his offense. Case in point, look at how much he goes for 4th downs inside our own territory. He puts his already porous defense in worse spots.

The defense is not good, but going for it on 4th and 2 from your 40, right after your defense forced a punt, does nothing to encourage your defense. So yes, the defense is bad, but the head coach doesn't do much to help them doing stuff like that. Is this Leach 2.0?

So at 3rd and 7, we go with a handoff and then the deep ball? Okay.

I think Morris only looks at offensive stats. He puts his defense is a huge hole by going for it on the previous play.

After listening to Morris talk about his defense during the pregame show, it’s pretty obvious he is pleased at how well they have been playing.

I guess he is out on campus weekly drumming up support? Out in the community doing things and being seen?

Morris is not going to go another school when he knows he would be the starter here. He has already been at multiple schools where he was not the starter. Arnold is not coming here.

Most people in this town not already going to the games, don't even know when we have a home game. How about getting businesses and the city to put up Green UNT flags on game days around town? The week of maybe?

So Milestone Electric is spending 500k on DFW marketing each month? That is hard to believe. I would love if this AD could send emails, yet along a postcard.

We can keep dumping money into football, but nothing will change. I would rather be a top 30 program in basketball than keep doing what we have done the last 50 years in football.

I never understood the Morris hire.

What I have learned in 30+ years is they don't care. The powers that be that run UNT, believe what they believe and are going to keep doing what they have done for decades. For some reason this University does not take their alumni seriously. The follow up and contact with them is horrible. Small example, we have held season tickets for various years and sports over the last 30 years, graduating from UNT. Never get communication from athletics or the University. I follow another school and get weekly emails from them. Never went to that school, never signed up to receive emails, and never had season tickets in any sport.
