Im defiantely there..... Probably grilling burgers or steaks not sure yet, attendance will take a hit since its halloween, but who cares thats later that evening... Should be a fun game to watch, wonder if WKU will start a riot during the game, like they did last time they were at Fouts.

Great Post with alot of solid facts... Someone should send this to the people in the Athletic Department to evaluate, because they are all from Southern Miss and dont have a clue about our program's history and are only here to pick up their paychecks.

I remember an article in the beginning of the year in where RV stated that this season was an important one and one that will be closely looked at for an assessment for change..... It just depends if RV will look at wins and losses or close losses and improvement

It will be very interesting.... If Dodge will be let go if he loses the WKU game.... WKU will come prepared for this game..... Emmitt I feel your pain, hang in there....The only glimmer of hope I have for our program is the new stadium...So hopefully things will turn around...

Well yeah it will make him look bad, I mean others said that on the board today as well, but we have a budget that also plays into and is looked at very close. Five years you have go to be kidding me????

Why in the world on a fourth down and one play would you KEEP GIVING THE BALL to your RB out of the shotgun setting, and it never works, and we have done it several times already this season and it costs us valuable games..... Why keep doing it, your five yards away from your intended goal.... Hint: Try playing NCAA 2010 and try a 4th and 1 from a shotgun formation, chances are you won't convert downs.

Rick Villareal our esteemed Athletic Director ..... Gave Todd Dodge a four-year contract for the amount that he agreed upon, he is basically the lowest paid coach in D-I football right now... Drive 30 mins south on I-35 E or I-35W and see how much Jones and Patterson are being paid at their programs. You get what you pay for, especially in college football. This is the result 4-27. Our Athletic Director has no other choice but to face who he brought to run the program....Heck he even let him bring his entire HS staff with him...to join the party...all at NT's expense. Personally, I think Dodge should stay for the rest of this season and next season, complete 360 from this time last year, but after thinking about it and seeing some progress in his third year here, and how we cant afford to buyout his contract or even hire anyone to replace him, let him stay. This program thinks small anyways so lets see how it works out after year four of the Todd Dodge Experiment. A good proven coach brings results, and surrounds himself with people and coordinators who accomplish the same. I dont believe that this program can hire or afford anyone better than a Buick or a Dodge, or a Ford (Todd). So thats where this program is at...

Our Athletic Director does not know how to hire a D-I football coach, I said that from Day 1, we are stuck with Dodge, we will have to wait out his contract, we are forced to... For RV to give Dodge a four-year contract based on no solid proven facts says alot....We will have to eat it up....

The WKU-UNT game will be a good one, it always is, I actually think they are our rivals in the SBC, so much hatred and close games.... They really really really hate us, for those two close wins, fights, and etc. Games like these can go either way, they are looking to get out of their slump what better team to do that with than NT.... I am definately going to this one, screw Halloween..... If we lose, more calls for Dodge to step will come, but will be ignored..... Dodge will be given his fourth year. Prediction: Too close to call. but NT will be expected to win this one.

The Athletic Director knows that this was solely his decision and he must stand by it, even though it is costing us millions of dollars and making us lose respectable talent, Because it will make him look bad that he fired his 4-time SBC Champion coach for what he has now.....

My prediction for the season was 1-11, its looking that way..... WKU is our best shot at a win for this season, if we lose that game, then this board will self-destruct.

NT doesnt care about athletics, seriously this is the result..... Give a good salary package to a good proven D-1 coach and you will get more wins....

Well I think this sounds like good news, I mean lets get on the right track fix these problems and work on the rest of the season. These types of meetings are set up to fix issues and not let them persist.

Tailgating was fun and it was cool when we were winning 19-0....
