Anyone of the rest of the teams will have played their last game at Fouts, since the stadium is older than dirt Also with a new stadium we would get the host the likes of Texas Tech, Oklahoma St. and A&M, wow those schools are only a few miles down the road from us, if we arent careful we could easily start a regular rivalry. New Stadium= New fans and their fans will come in to fill up our stadium to increase attendance

Stadium update ? All teams (other than golf) are now playing on very good on-campus facilities. How bout our Football Team?

Im not suprised the least bit. As you guys would rememeber their were no updates about this proposed now defunct stadium for years. A 30,000 seat stadium, that is what we currently have. 30,000 seats will not bring in the opponents we want to play. I hope this is enough proof for some who believe that our AD will one day magicially hand us a new stadium, its not going to happen....Read the last sentence of the article. "IF UNT BUILDS A NEW STADIUM", that speaks for itself. This project is derailed and defunct. The AD hopes to "be in a position" is a far cry from what we have heard in the past regarding this issue. Also WTF happened to the Goldfield's $1.5 million donation, for the love of god, please tell me that money wasnt actually used to field this pathetic study to determine that a stadium is not feasible at this time. Until proven otherwise, our atheltic dept and university does not want to take this program to the next step. By the way TXDOT is moving forward with their plans to expand I-35. Because of this news, begin reserving seats at the new DISD stadium in the next coming years.

This guy who got stuck had to be the luckiest man in Denton. 10 hours buried alive wow..... This happened in front of two properties that I own in Denton This was 803 and 805 S. Locust, the city caused alot of damage to those properties, I hope they do what they say, or tere will be legal ramifications. Four of my tenants had to shut down their businesses because of all of the chaos.... All four news stations had their helicopters dispatched to cover the incident

I called the Denton Walmart store to ask the photo lab if NT was on the list of schools that can be made a custom cover. All of the BCS schools were listed except any mid-majors....even though Boise St is on the original cover, but Boise St is very deserving of this award.... Also Boise St won an ESPY for best game of the year against OU. Anyone know of any ideas to put NT on the cover.

Now that I stopped drooling.... Yeah severe weather is the sh**.... The amount of precip and bad weather the last few weeks have really kept me busy and entertain. Im thinking about going to meterology school after im done with my MBA... There are some meterology schools at Midwestern state in wichita falls and in tulsa, I think A&M too, but thats not going to happen. Because of the distance I will probably take amatuer classes in Fort Worth. I dont think I will take the career choice to become a meterologist and predict that a natural disaster will consume our football stadium ON a funny note: a coworker of mine was in the car with me as we drove by fouts on I-35, we talked about the stadium and he referred to our stadium as being older than dirt itself, I got a good laugh....

I cant believe we missed all of those field goals. But worst could not find the end zone during all of those OT drives. Johnny Quinn made a great grab in end zone to put the game in OT, I was seating right where he caught the ball, once again amazing play. It kept circulating through my mind that if Dickey didnt pull this one out, his career at UNT was done. But it was so disgracful that even with the win he was shown the door.

Hey guys Quick question got a walmart insert in the mail today and it said that Ncaa 08 will be out for XBOX 360 on July 17. They said that they can print out custom covers for the game at the photo shop Does anyone know if all 119 D-1 teams are at the local walmart locations, or if we might need to bring a personalized custom cover of our own mean green for them to photoshop. Has anyone already made a custom mean green cover that could be used. Im defiantely buying the game and will have a mean green cover placed on my game. It will provide for a great prank to my friends telling that NT was chosen to be this year's cover for 2008 season. Also any way someone can make a Riley Dodge of Vizza custom cover in a kelly green uniform. Sweet. Ha

I defend my statement in saying that florida is a small state with alot of competition with D-1 schools we are in a great recruiting area, DFW area, Oklahoma, and the Bay cities (Houston area) There is so so so much potential here ( rivalries (TCU, SMU) , donors, and location) We just need to put them all together.... Any new announcements on the stadium.....
