FFR and Emmitt are unique as well as alot of others. North Texas fans must have the most patience of any other fans out there to come out again and again to support our alma mater. I also noticed that Rick didnt post anything on here after the Tulsa game, it was a hard one to watch thats for sure.

Alot of Sun Belt teams are under 15,000 in attendance at the end of each season and are not penalized or kicked out of our conference. I was really hoping that several teams would get kicked out so we were forced to find another conference. The NCAA does not enforce this rule and it is a rule that has no meaning in my opinion

The line for the game should be 60+, im not overdoing it one bit. The offense will get shut down and the defense will be on the field for the entire game. Possible warning: This is could one of the worst games in UNT history. The storm projections: It way too soon to tell, if it hits Cuba which it will, it will send the storm in a new direction. This is officially the weirdiest and strangest election in history. I think that there will be more dirt pulled up on Palin, since in the first few days they were able to find so many stories in such a short amount of time, there is even talk about her eventually dropping of the ticket.... 60 more days until election day. What is up with all of the Tulsa Fans joining our board in the last few weeks. If you are a UNT student: Follow our team this season and see how things turn out. Its a new season and alot of people are optimistic, I have my doubts, but this is still my team and always will be.

I was listening to the game on KNTU and this game could have been like the OU game at Norman last year, easily... I was there, things got out of hand quickly. The offense didnt do much out there in the means of productivity, I dont expect much for the Tulsa game...

This was an unpredictable storm, who would have thought Missouri was getting a better rain chance than Denton. This storm currently covers several states.

Gustav is a big storm and a former category 5 hurricane, with large bands of rain currently. As soon as this storm hits LA pay close attention to how far it goes into Louisana and also the northeastern track it is predicted to take, if the storm goes NW for a while then makes a turn east the DFW area will get it. The storm is a slow moving one, and will be even more so as it moves inward, also the system will stall when it becomes a tropical depression/disturbance over Texas. Thus dumping inches and inches of rain, flooding, and some winds. Regardless, DFW will get it's fair share of Gustav. This especially sucks for avid tailgaters as my self, but I will make it to the game for sure, tailgating plans might be hindered. More updates throughout the week.....

Good Idea, but it is sad that our hopes of a new football stadium as amounted to a new group being posted on facebook, nonetheless I joined and sent invites to over 150 friends.... What has athletic officials been doing this entire time that nothing significant has developed....This is probably more of a step forward than anyone at UNT has done so far.... Can't believe that this will go to the students for another vote after it was attempted before in 7 years ago, can't believe it, 7 years is way too long. Nothing developed in those 7 years. Hands down Huge failure on the part of the Athletic Department.

I wonder how many of them are BOR and other UNT admins....

That won't change as RV was the head domino's guy in the gulf coast area sometime ago. Don't know why our current AD used to be a pizza patron of the gulf coast. Domino's Field at Denton, Texas... not likely.... Chick Fil A would be awesome.....

Something surely needs to be done quickly to ensure we aren't in the same position in regards to the stadium progress we have had until now, which is 8 years and counting and the last news we heard was we were given $1.5 Million to decide if we need a stadium.
