SMU brought in a top notch Athletic Director and he knew what needed to be done, and he did it in a short amount of time. The turnaround was quick and dramatic. I am certain 2011 will be our turn around year.

I know this has a been a tough week for our football players, with the injuries, negative publicity and inevitable departure of Coach Dodge but I just wanted to give them some motivation for tommorrow's game. There is no other team, the entire Mean Green Nation would like to see you beat then FAU, they have an ugly streak against us and no other game would turn things around like us beating FAU. So here's hoping for a great game and our first win of the still early season. GO MEAN GREEN BEAT THE OWLS

Hayden loves UNT, he really does, he left disgusted with the ways things were handle as far as not being able to be in a bowl game or move to a better conference. He always viewed UNT, like I always do, just so much potential. Cant even begin to imagine how pissed he must be right now.

I would like to see a concert series, with some mid-level headliner bands for the kids to stay at the game past halftime. This was discussed previsouly. But it would be great to boost attendance and attract young UNT-TWU students and Denton hippies to Mean Green Football. I beleive MTSU or Troy had concerts after each game and they boosted attendance. The Suites could be rented out for more, students could seat on the grass, and the concessions would continue to make money.

Yeah I would love for Clinton to come here, because of his experience in dealing with and preventing crisis in the world. NT would score a big one with Clinton, for sure.

I really wish Rice or SMU really did take him and also Riley, all of the SLC coaches and assistants that came with him.

At least we are getting a new stadium, thats the only upside I forsee in the near future.

I think the UNT fan base has been more than patient with the product on the field that Dodge has produced. Only in North Texas would you see fans who could tolerate such a debacle for the last four years, if this was a big program or a team with a winning tradition, much more would be expected. Im actually shocked that he is still here at year four, anywhere else in Div. 1 football, that wouldn't be the case.

We haven't beaten FIU since Todge has been here at UNT, and FIU is a good decent team this season, they lost by a tocuhdown to A&M tonite. Also WKU has us circled on their schedule, they hate our guts, that will be a good game, they always come ready to play.

Yeah just got done watchin that game, it was a good one, and Nevada, is going to be really good this year, possibly undefeated.

Hey hope everyone has a great time at the game, it should be a close game to the end and a must win OOC game for both Texas teams. Hope to see alot of RICE fans make the trip to Denton as well Please try not to leave the stadium after halftime, as in years past, we have a great turnout in big games, but when halftime hits, we have a mass exodus especially from the student side. So stick it out the entire game, it promises to close and exciting for all 4 quarters. Congrats to everyone involved, great job coach, players, and all of the assistants and crew that help put this whole season together. Definately best season ever. Trammiel will be sorely missed for the upcoming season.

Thats why we have a #15 seed, people dont know our program

since everyone is going ot be wearing green all day, might as well pick your favorite Mean Green attire and pimp out your alma mater... to support the B-Ball team. Of course there are many shades of green to chose from, but be sure it says North Texas. Also went to the St. patricks day parade on Saturday on Greenville, and was suprised that there werent that many people wearing their green North texas apparrel. I mean I wore my newest cap, but there were more Notre Dame and Baylor apparrel to be seen. HAPPY SAINT PATRICKS DAY

I know that anyone can agree that North Texas should be thrilled to be in any type of postseason play of any kind in any type of sport. It is what it is, a privilege. I mean we have the best season in our program's history and we are in the same numbered seeding with Robert Morris, and Morgan State, what???? And SHSU and Montana, and Wofford have better rankings. But I seriously have doubts that we really are a #15 seed. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought.
