Your personal attacks and name calling when you couldn't win on facts, because, let's face it, RV was the worst AD in America. There are some really good people in this fan base that genuinely want to win. You and your little hit squad aren't them.

No, I'm talking about the 98% of alumni who have not one damn thing to do with UNT athletics once they graduate, despite living in the DFW area. Step out of your oh so tiny bubble. That crew will never, ever say anything other than the UNT agenda talking points. And if you don't agree, YOU are the enemy. No one eats their own better than the small time UNT fan base. No wonder they are small. Will probably always be that way.

Maybe because they are now sure that they have thrown away thousands of dollars on a pack of lies told to them time and again by the leadership at UNT? Maybe they feel that they are the bottom bitch of the UNT athletic Ponzi scheme? But you would love it if all criticism vanished and the same 100 people could pat each other on the back and tell each other how great each other are in your own little echo chamber, I'm quite sure. When 98% of any group find something so devoid of value as to eliminate it from their life completely, maybe it's the other 2% of people who think it has value are wrong. Ever consider that?

Nothing at UNT would surprise me, including a 2 year extension because of all the bad luck poor Benford has had with injuries and team cancers, don't cha know. Would I bet on it? No. Would it surprise me if it happened? Not in the least.

You underestimate what UNT is. It was so obvious from year one, game one it isn't even funny. And this university made excuses for this miserable coach for 5 years. Worse, they were perfectly fine letting 18 year old kids being hoodwinked in to participating in this disaster. If I was recruiting against UNT, I would point that out as often as possible.

Basketball is done, my friend. Better program, university wants to succeed. 5 minutes from work. A real coach that will be fired if he isn't successful, but he has been for over a decade at Pitt, so not too concerned there, an arena that doesn't feel like a funeral parlor. I mean, really no down side for people who live in Fort Worth. I considered UTA, but the drive and the lack of good teams dissuaded me. I can't buy tickets yet, but I'm on their call list when tickets go on sale. I'm sure I'll hear from them. If I was an 8 year season ticket holder at UNT, I'd probably still have to make the call to renew...

Right here is the problem with UNT athletics. AD suck ups like this cat who would rather run off fans than try and raise expectations one centimeter for UNT athletics. This guy and people like him are the reason UNT will suck in perpetuity. Because they can and these jack wagons will NEVER say one word about it.
