Trinity beat the best team in Arkansas 80-26 today in the Kirk Herbstreit Classic! I know Arkansas isn't California, Florida, or even Louisiana, but Jesus that is insane for a team who is supposed to be the best in an entire state.

TCU vs UTEP in 1999. (I was a huge TCU fan until about my Junior or Senior year of high school when I decided to come to UNT) LT had 400 rushing yards that game and TCU won by like 20.

Little Elm vs Who Knows They fired my coach (also one of my best friends dad) one year after I left. We went 8-2, somehow missed the playoffs in a crazy tie breaker, then all of the talent graduated. The next year they went like 1-9 and basically the whole coaching staff was fired. I am now bitter and will never support Little Elm ISD ever again... that'll show em.

On the NCAA video game there are random facts that come up on the load screen. I don't recall which year it was, but one of the facts was that during a game in which Joe Greene was playing, the wife of the AD or something stood up and yelled "way to go mean green" probably referring to a play that Greene made. I don't know if that is accurate or not, but it seems like a good story.

Yeah... I've never really understood the commuter school thing. I live in a townhouse with 3 roommates 4 blocks from campus, so are we commuters? Do people actually expect upperclassmen to live in dorms when apartment complexes like the The Forum exist? I want the college experience, not the dorm experience, so if that means I am contributing to UNT being a commuter school then I'm not too worried about it.

Nice! At first I thought he was just getting a scholarship because of who he was (though I didn't care because this is actually where he desired to go to school), but now it's looking more and more like he can actually play as well. Daddy likey.
