As far as athletic debt, sure. If you take the $75million Apogee cost and put it on a 25 year payback you should be reducing the amount owed by about $2.8 million a year. Apogee is 6 years old and we have retired about $11.5million in debt on the structure.... Seems like we are right on pace or a bit ahead. (these numbers do not include the IPF, tennis complex, soccer and track complex that have all been built since Apogee...) Wow the Athletic department is doing an amazing job retiring debt and continuing to build....

I can get them made... An authentic nike jersey down to the date on the inside collar but the will cost about $300 and would not have the c-usa patch. I need to have at least 24 to order. I am working on other vendors and suppliers and can get cheap replicas but they all look cheap.

I was told earlier in the year that for the bowl we would have mat green helmets and would prefer green jerseys if given the choice. He said that Wren said that for all bowl games we will wear green. This image seems to fit what I was told. The person who told me this nailed the all black with the chrome dome for our Apogee after dark and is in the athletic department working with equipment. The Bahamas, Cheribundi Tart Cherry Boca Raton, Hawai’i, New Mexico, and R+L Carriers New Orleans bowls are joined by a spot in either the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla (Tampa Bay) or Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowls as the primary agreements. If we win huge upside and we upset a top 25 team (would be the top story of any bowl games played on Saturday) (heck the Dallas Morning news might even give credit to Mac for a great win) if we lose, we were beat by a ranked opponent. When you are dealt a hand you play that hand to win. I feel that the C-USA was dealt a blah hand by ESPN and Wren played that blah hand to be a winner with limited options. Would I have prefered HOD for my convenience? YES, but if it was not offered to C-USA we came out smelling like roses compared to the rest of the C-USA. We have a new to us bowl with a possibility to reach 10 wins against a top 25 team. Let that sink in. I for one would have signed up for that option before the season started. This is a great bowl for the Mean Green!

On the first tweet the two with no C-USA tie in are the Frisco and Armed Forces Bowl. On the revised tweet it is just the Frisco Bowl. The Frisco Bowl will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT in Toyota Stadium. Toyota Stadium. It has a capacity of 17,200. This would be a hard ticket to get, I may buy a few just in case. The Armed Forces Bowl will be held SATURDAY DECEMBER, 22ND at 2:30 PM in AMON G. CARTER STADIUM in FORT WORTH, TEXAS It has a capacity of 50,000. I think this would be very close to a full house, Army had 2/3 of the lower bowl filled and about 1/2 of the upper. I think we would be playing Army again... The Armed Forces Bowl offers up to 4 free tickets to Veterans and current members of the military. My family and I have attended this game for free when we did not have a team in the game. It adds several thousand people to the attendance. When I was touring the Athletic Department with my daughter we were allowed to go in to the equipment room and we talked with Mile Villa the Assistant Athletic Director, Equipment Services. I asked him about the grey since some were out as he was getting them ready for the ODU game and he said the "guys love it" and that it is "one of their favorites". He seemed to me to be plugged in with the team and what they wanted for each game, down to which helmets are prefered for what time of day as well as which gloves each player liked the best. I personally like the Icy Whites, but if the kids want to wear the grey, then grey wins! We forget that this is a game and honestly it is not about those of us in the stands it is about the kids giving it all on the field. Give them what they want! Oh and put some in the stadium store so I can buy some!!!!!!

I am currently saving $960 a year (3 season tickets in Scholarship Sideline). I am getting access through YouTube TV (owned by google) I went to YouTube TV for $40 per month vs the DirecTV at $120 a month. I save $80 per month and I can watch TV on any device anywhere including my tailgate. I have unlimited DVR and have not missed one second of DirecTV. I am still paying through YouTube TV for Live local channels, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS, SEC Network, CBS Sports, NBC Sports, Big10 Network, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, Golf Channel, MLB Network, NBA TV, NBCSN, NESN, Olympic Channel, Tennis Channel, TNT, and Yes. By dropping the other 190 channels that I never watched I save $960 a year, but I am still supporting the sports networks I watch. I have the same internet package since I did not have TV through Comcast. Here in Houston when the 5G home (5th generation wireless) comes to my neck of town I will fire comcast as fast as possible and save another $70 per month... $840 per year. Next year, when my daughter will be a freshman on campus, I will be able to afford 3 tickets (with MGSF donation included), a Blue Lot Parking pass, and still have $106 per game for tailgating supplies by cutting the cord and finally being able to fire Comcast...

They need to do a "texas wrap" where the dorms wrap around a central parking garage. The dorm revenue off-sets some of the cost of the parking structure. It blocks the view of the parking and provides much needed dorm space. Pretty common in apartments these days.
