The contestants include last year’s first runner-up at Miss Texas USA and a former Miss Mississippi Teen USA. Friendswood Representing Friendswood in the Miss pageant is R’Bonney Gabriel, 28, a fashion designer and model who was the first runner-up at Miss Kemah 2021, Miss Houston 2021 and Miss Texas USA 2021. 12. This news caught me off guard. KD was such a good kid and always would shake our hand and give us autographs after the game. Makes me sad 😢
  13. Favorite player eva!! Love his family and am so proud of his accomplishments!
  14. Jalie has done much better than Tina and Tina got in so there’s that. I feel like the committee needs to decide how inclusive they want us to be.
  15. You are absolutely right, the merger makes so much sense. I have heard that it is to protect the woman’s right to have a primarily female institution. My thinking is it is the administrators and the board of TWU that keeps it going. They know in a merger many of their jobs will become duplicative. I think the Governor has the ability to make things like this happen but who wants the political liability. one thing that may help move by change is schools like University of Phoenix offering a 1 year remote Masters degree. I sense post Covid that there will be many who start to look at the fastest and cheapest way to get the piece of paper or even pursue more trade schools.
  16. Seeing that Tech is really good I am thinking this will be a good hire for them.
  17. I will be so bummed if this happens to us! Please don't leave us Grant!!
  18. Oh no!
  19. Crowd looks great. WiFi is super slow so it won’t let me post.
  20. There is still tome left. Please don’t give up on these kids.
  21. How many years of eligibility does Ryder have?
  22. Tulsa any good?
  23. Yes and them winning it all would help us get over loosing this one so badly!
