  1. Ahhhhhh, butch up curly pants.
  2. We can go to Oklahoma or some other neighboring states to fetch a QB. We used to pull a few player out of California back in the 1950s. Nothing says we have to stay in Texas to fill all our needs.
  3. Sorry to hear about this. Prayers to the Green Grenade.
  4. Tsk, tsk, tsk Oklahoma, Oklahoma.
  5. God's speed Scott Davis.
  6. UH should play in the Astrodome. It's what made them famous.
  7. Get the f*!k outta my way is the new excuse me.
  8. One way T Boone is a scumbag is that he runs to D.C. to get the pols to back his schemes. W-e-l-f-a-r-e b-u-m.
  9. I saw this, too. Amazing. maybe now people will see T Boone for the scumbag he is.
  10. My cousin grew up with Looney and played football with him at Paschal. Cuz lived on Stadium Drive (south of Berry) and Looney lived on Highview Terrace. I met Looney at his house in the early 1980s. Joe Don wasn't much of a high school football player. He quit after Roy Lee Rambo knocked his dingus in the dirt but was talked back onto the team after his daddy (Don Looney, an all-American at TCU before WWII) got the coach to take him back. Joe Don was better known as a track man at Paschal than a football player. His football career took off after he spent a summer down at Alvin Roy's gym in Baton Rouge and discovered steroids. Roy souped up Billy Cannon and Joe Don Looney with 'roids.
  11. Son of Worm looks great.
  12. No playoff system will ever satisfy enough people to be worth a damn so don't try to institute one. If we have a four team playoff, people will want an eight team playoff, then a 10 team system and finally a Rube Goldberg system emerges where none is needed. The BCS was an attempt to placate people clamoring for a "true" national championship and it is hated. Stop trying to remake college football on the NFL model. Ditch the BCS and go to a three tier, 14 bowl post season that involves 28 teams.
  13. I enjoyed that game.
  14. That painting sold for $45 million.
