I was there as well. Had a lot of fun over the weekend. There was a group of 8 of us there. Not sure what they consider "visitor" seating, but it seems that us in green (probably total of less than 100) were somewhat scattered. There was 8 in our group, and probably 15 total UNT fans in our section, all on the first 5 rows on the 30 yard line. I noticed some to our left (closer to the goal line) and you said you were on the 47. Either way, great gameday experience and a fun atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone as well.

Me and about 5 or 6 of us are still going. I don't care how good or bad our team is. I'm still making a roadtrip, hanging out with friends, and watching college football!

I think you are absolutely right. No computer models have this thing effecting Atlanta in any way. If it goes through Houston, we could feel it here as well.

In my experience, it seems to fill up a couple of hours before the game. I plan on getting out there about 12 to get a good spot. Hope this helps.

Good concept. I joined the group, but am no longer a student. I also invited others to join, although most of them are alums as well. Even though I know I can't vote, I wanted to have it as a group that I belonged to so more people could see it. I figured the same for my friends that have also graduated that joined the group. I am 100% behind your group, but I will leave the group if you want it to only be students. I figured, the more marketing of the message you are putting out there, the better.

Just for the record, I'm pushing for it too. Seriously though, I sure hope he's right.

There was a scuffle during the Arkansas State game. If my memory serves me correctly, it was around the midpoint of the 2nd half. Ben Bell was called for a charge, and then the scuffle began.

Rick, Thanks for sharing your honest opinion. Although I hope you're wrong (as I'm sure you do too), a realistic approach for some of us who are always optimistic is best. I don't believe that you shared a date for the stadium. If you have any personal estimates, when do you think a new stadium will be completed?
