I do wish they would have dyed the concrete in the stadium during construction. The drab grey looks dirty with the shadows from the seats. I have no idea how much it would have cost to do so.

I also love the darker color of the turf compared to the old one. I was wondering why they were putting the logo "Building Champions. Preparing Leaders" under the visitor's bench. It won't be noticeable during a game but in pictures like this it looks good.

Young, inexperienced running game ... defense probably not "shutdown" quality yet so we'll need to keep scoring in some games ... I could see 5k yards. I wouldn't bet on it as it's been down very few times but it could.

It's not the quality of the broadcast that's an issue. It's the quality of the stream. Even true ESPN games can have horrible quality of the stream with lots of buffering and disconnections. I've paid for games on the CUSA website and I've seen some truly horrible broadcasts. I've never had as much issues with buffering that I've had with ESPN 3.

I disagree. ESPN 3 has an awful stream. Facebook provided a much, much better stream.

Getting a new coach who knows and is known by local high school coaches could be a huge benefit to the program.

You may be right but I didn't sense that. In fact, I'd say they would not want him to say anything to demean himself. Mason is an Oklahoma kid so they want him to succeed (as long as he doesn't beat any of the Oklahoma schools). With Littrell and Mason people in Oklahoma are paying more attention to UNT than ever before.

I'm disappointed this aspect as well. I was unable to go last time but was looking forward to making it one day. What really upsets me is that I lived in Virginia for 8 years and UNT never played a game in the state. Last summer we moved back to Texas and now they have two games in Virginia in the same season. Sometimes timing stinks.
