The big difference is 3rd downs. SMU is 1 for 6. We're 6 for 11.

Easley getting a lot of work in this game.

Last year it seemed every time we blitzed it got picked up. So far we are consistently getting pressure. I like this development.

Our running game is hit and miss. SMU is really coming hard downfield to attack the run.

SMU's defense looks really solid. Not much room for receivers. Both offenses look a bit off as if it's their first game .
