She's a lot of fun! She may have a reality TV show in her future. I think this is a great hire ... for the Sun Belt. Raising the standards of coaches will only help the Belt succeed.

How about announcing the start of a baseball program complete with stadium.

UNT is really blessed with quality broadcasters.

George and Hank do a great job for football and Bartolotta does a really good job on basketball. UNT is may have the best announcing group of any school. Unless Hank does need to do something else on game days I'd keep him in the booth. Followill already has a full time gig with the Mavs. However, if George or Hank had to miss a game it would be great to have him fill in. In the last Mean Green Insider there's an inteview with Hank, Followill, and Craig Way. I'd love to see more of that.

We are doing something and have been for more than a decade. We've moved back up to 1A ... we've increased our athletic budget and coaches salaries ... we've greatly improved our athletic facilities. If you're talking specifically about moving up to CUSA we not only have "sources" claiming we are working on it but we also have official word from the athletic department that our administration is working behind the scenes to make our case. To say we are not being proactive is incorrect. To think that our administration would put all this effort into improving our athletic department and then sit on our hands at this time is illogical.
