Eminent Domain Sold To
eulesseagle replied to eulesseagle's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
It is just somewhat of a chronological order..... CBL...you will have to get with the three news papers (The Examiner, Freepress, and the Idaho Statesman) to see how they were able to collaborate your insuation of this being conspiracy. -
http://www.examiner.com/republican-in-washington-dc/impeachment-time-obama-grants-eminent-domain-rights-to-china-to-secure-debt this was '09 http://www.freepressers.com/2011/06/china-wants-to-construct-a-50-square-mile-self-sustaining-city-south-of-boise-idaho/ this was a couple days ago http://voices.idahostatesman.com/2011/06/13/rockybarker/boise_officials_have_not_had_followup_chinese_company this was a week ago: Idaho Statesman My question is how much of the United States belongs to other countries under various eminent domain agreements? ________________________ edit: freepress does state that 50 square miles will be set up for this venture basically run and staffed by Chinese. An internal self sustaining community.

1. One may look at this as another Contra scandal when Marine Col. North fell on the sword for Pres. Reagan. Personally, I believed the United States had every right to supply arms to the Contras to defeat the communist Sandanistas who were, as I recall, do what communists do best (eliminate the religious base, intellectuals, teachers and basically set up draconian regieme based on all communist freedoms and not others.) Examples: Russia in 1917 - 1938 when an estimated 30-35 Million Russians and Ukranians died because of Stalin. Literature will verify this. Mexico in the 1920's when thousands of Catholics..ect died. Spain in the 1930's when the Communists tried to take over Spain...about a million died at the hands of the Communists. Laos, Cambodia & Viet Nam. George Orwell fought with the communists and stated later that was one awful mistake he wished he could have back. Read about it in his book, "Hommage to Catelonia." Somewhat of a paradox to "1984." I would not think that too many major Mexican drug cartel members just drive across the border into the U.S. and walk into some local gun shop and purchase all sorts of weapons/ammo at one time. Logic hints at that. Maybe a few but not bunches. Personally, the Mexican cartels have enough money to purchase major cashes of weapons/ammo etc...and not from any local dealer in the United States. That would leave the Central - South American - Cuban connections. Just a thought.

E P A Assault On
eulesseagle replied to eulesseagle's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
Rick, how many calls does your department receive now for heat related prostration? How many more would you envision once this takes place? I know a guy who works for TXU. He said it is common place for many people to fall way behind on their electric payments (the pick slip) and get their electic turned off. I guess some people will have to make serious choices between all their bills and will bring back the expression of a "Long Hot Summer." -

Mike Jarvis Publically Campaigning For
eulesseagle replied to Harry's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Coach Jarvis wants all coaching salaries increased in the SBC. Coach Jones is, now, setting the standard. If Coach Jones can obtain $335k in the SBC then all other coaches can get similar packages....perhaps not a lucrative as Coach Jones (for the SBC) but more money. Nice move by Coach Jarvis. -
IMHO, Coach Dodge was successful at NT irrespective of his W - L record. Did coach make some mistakes? Sure he did.....BUT....name me one person who has not made a mistake. If anyone has ever read a management book one of the underlying themes is that you grow from your mistakes. His growth took him to Pitt and I can only wish him the best of luck as I am sure that most of you will do. Only those who have not yet learned failure will wish him otherwise. Coach Dodge's success will be measured.....as the French say...."succes d'es time."

Clean Air Act

HoustonEagle: This administration has raised the debt more than all other president's combined: http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2011/jun/01/sarah-palin/sarah-palin-says-obama-has-accumulated-more-debt-p/ FDR did the same....raised the debt more than all other previous president's combined.....prior to WWII. The standard liberal retort is to blame Bush or someone else but themselves. All your seven points are just "talking points" with no real proof. I have given facts. Clean Air Act
eulesseagle posted a topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/43269525/ns/business-going_green/ The EPA states, "....would cost (coal) industry nearly $11 BILLION "A YEAR" in estimated compliance expenditures." You know if these are government figures the actual figues will be much higher. This is JUST part of the new forced costs that the EPA is getting ready to place on coal companies.......there will be regulations for lead, arsenic and acid gases that have not yet been released that will cost the coal companies additional monies. Who will pay for this moderization? *****Some coal fired plants will be forces to shut down....loss of jobs. *****Others will be forced to pass the HIGHER utility costs to the consumer in "much higher utility costs." This administration has brought us: *****to the point of our government defaulting on "interest payments." *****over $14 Trillion debt ceiling. *****high gas prices. *****escalating food prices. *****escalating consumer goods. *****depression like unemployment. *****and now the begining of higher utility costs. _____________________________ The place for Non-UNT sports, politics, and general discussion and debate. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/china-ratings-house-says-us-defaulting-report-054309883.html The U.S. can not pay the interest on the multi-trillions. The Administration is going to print more money. The dollar is going to be more worthless. Americans will be expected to be taxed more to pay the debt. Precious metals remain high and climbing. Gasoline is expected to go up again. The good news: new football stadium & coach. ______________________________ The place for Non-UNT sports, politics, and general discussion & debate. Not a place for the timid or shy.

The Green Killer

Another Man vs. Environment Liberal Man vs. Environment wants to save all the little animals to endure higher energy costs by stating there are other ways to provide energy while stating they are against coal, nuclear, gas, oil, and wind. There is always something that environmental groups, use as talking points, use to persuade the people to negate these power sources. Conservative Man vs. Environment says screw the little animals that live in these areas because, in reality, these locations are just a geographic pin prick on the face of the earth. Who really cares if a few birds fly and suffer pain as they fall to the ground after flying into windmills? Who really cares if a few fish die in some unknown bay because of some accidental oil spill? Proponents, before the Alaskan Pipeline began, stated that this would be an economic disaster with scores upon scores of wildlife suffering death. Just the opposite. These critters like to gather around these pipes for a little heat every now and then and the heards are increasing. Some "friggin'" toad in West Texas is delaying drilling. Conservatives say...screw the toad I want cheaper gas. Some Northwest owl held up lumber production in Washington and Oregon and took years of court battles and millions of dollars to resolve. Lumber companies finally won.....what happened to the owls that lived in these areas. They migrated to a different section of the Northwest where the trees were not being cut. That is what animals do.......man endangers their area....they just move. Kinda like man.... IMHO, I would rather have cheaper fuel than saving some little critter that I have never seen and would not go see in the forest or desert. -
62% Want Obamacare Repealed

perhaps you should read some history on the subject before you comment. you, essentially, have the world wide web at your finger tips to fact check anything in my post. The two quotes originate from the posted article. cbl...how would you analize FFR's posted article? what does it say to you? -
62% Want Obamacare Repealed
eulesseagle replied to KRAM1's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
This is another instance of socialistic incrementalism as pattered by FDR & LBJ. Take what you can get now to mandate more change later. Judge Jeffrey Sutton stated, in the article, "would it be hard to limit in Congressional power if the mandate is upheld?" Judge James Graham stated, "I'm having difficulty seeing how there is any limit to the power as your are defining it." The thesis is that this would give total control of congress to mandate what the American people must or must not purchase with penalties for going against these mandates. One just has to read the penalties that the health care profession would be assessed, including jail time, for attending too many patients. Just as FDR mandated the destructin of crops and farm animals in the '30's this too will become draconian against the American people if not defeated. -

I saw a great deal of improvement last year and was looking forward to watching him for his last two years. JJ had Knox start a few games early in the year and was begining to bang the opponents big men around plus just a big body in the middle of the opponents lane. Knox started getting really pretty aggressive in the middle. Sad to see him go.

"Homers?" Certainly coming from a sport's magazine the implication is these players are home runs.

We Got Bin Laden
eulesseagle replied to CMJ's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
Excellent post-- -- The United States gives the Pakistanies enough money, covertly and overtly, to "just about" say and do anything we want for now. International borders have not meant a great deal to any country, especially the United States for bunches of years. Up to the sophistication of today's satelites the U.S. used various aircraft like the U-2 and SR-71. This type of "physical" incursion is less intrusive than the ever more prominent "fiscal" incursion of the IMF, World Bank and the other world wide financial institutions that make national leaders their puppets. -- OBL, well there had been so many stories after this death...almost one countering the other...to make one wonder if this was really OBL or his double. I tend to believe that a man, with as many medical problems as reported to have, could have survived up to this point. If if died several years ago or last month is really a moot point now. We are all glad that he is dead. This will always be on some sort of conspiracy show. -- Nobody is going to close Gitmo....this is just the end of many bunny trails that the press, through planned leaks and statements, run down to get the public eye off other intrusive topics. Case in point: Clinton going to war in Bosnia over his affair with Monica. Look at all the "crap" that news outlets cover -- both liberal and conservative -- and make news hourly, if not sooner now. Gitmo is a case of catch - release - catch/kill again. There is a high percentage of these released / "rehabilitative" prisoners being killed or captured again. Kind of like your everyday run-of-the-mill American common criminal released from American penal institutions. -- There is probably not a great deal of differences between Republicans and Democrats. My analogy is that both parties are on the same train headed for the same station and every 2-4-6 years they allow the people to vote to see who is going to engineer the train. The train has "no" reverse just forward and toward a greater equality & fraternity for all....except them who hold "all power." Look back.....did Obama get us here, all at once, in one swoop of his power? nope, but he sure helped. The Bushes helped, Clintons....etc....The Congress helped as well as the support of certain laws passed by the Supreme Court. The debt has grown under each party and no party has done anything to reduce it except give "lip service" for votes. Since the Rapture did not happen yesterday the Bible does point to a world headed for a "one world government" through one world leader. If you belive the Bible or not even the most ardent liberal/socalist believes in some form of one world government with either no borders or open borders (the same difference). One can best achieve this platform though financial control of the world since "physical" world conquest, of armies, has always failed and is nothing more than a mear distraction for those who wield real financial power. -
We Got Bin Laden
eulesseagle replied to CMJ's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
you are correct. OBL goes to the pearly gates and was welcomed in and the first person to meet him was George Washington who just beat the crap out of him and a month later OBL is released from the hospital and runs into Thomas Jefferson who just doubles what G.W. did....about three months later OBL is out hobbling around and runs into Robert E. Lee who just kicks the you know what out of him and a year and a half later is released from the hospital. OBL asks Saint Peter what happened to his 70 virgins and St. Peter said there ain't no 70 virgins .... it is 70 Virginians! -

glad to hear that he got to eat some hot lead. Unfortunately, someone else will take his place & OBL is just another martyr with 70 virgins. Thanks military for wackin' another head off the snake. -
I ran into a former player about three weeks ago, who played for Coach Dickey and Dodge, and he was excited, after speaking with many of the players, what Coach McCarney has brought to the program. Personally, I was one who wanted Coach Canalles to be promoted to H.C. but I am glad that NT spent the money for a quality coach who kept many of the quality men on Coach Dodge's staff. What I heard from Isaic Thomas and how Coach McCarney presents himself and with the current talent NT should surprise a lot of teams. Given over the last several years NT lost many games by a touchdown or less and with the current motivation from the players, if this former player is correct in his assumption, then NT may win a whole bunch of games. Seven or eight would be nice.
