It's the upper-deck weather covers (going vertical adds an illusory height), pressbox/suites all the way around, and virtually no endzone seating that are really doing it. Pretty nice looking stadium if you ask me.

PAC 12 Realignment Talk Mega Thread (All 12 threads merged)
MDH replied to cousin oliver's topic in Conference ReAlignment
What moves can AAC make? At best you could possibly land UNM right now? Otherwise the rest are hoping for something to come from the PAC fall out. -
Fatter than what AAC will get on the next go-round, yes. It won't be too fat, we're talking recent dad bod sized.
-
There will be a larger media deal available afforded to a conference made from the rest of PAC + best of MWC than what AAC will have next go-round.
-
Top MWC teams aren't going anywhere while Pac12 fallout continues. They have an opportunity to be conference mates with at least OSU/WSU.
-
Southern Cal and South Florida primarily go by USC and USF.
-
Ya, overall disappointed given how they do with other schools/teams. Ill still grab one or two items.

Started at University of Victoria (Canada), decided I wanted to move back to the US (did HS in Canada so stayed for 2 years at UVIC). Missed transfer deadlines for intl students at UT/A&M, didn't want to live in Houston or Lubbock, didn't want private school tuition, wanted to attend a school w/ FBS football, was looking for Accounting/Finance and proximity to large city for work and internships. Ended up being a perfect fit as I'm a big music fan so both school and Denton were great.

Breaking: Tylor Perry enters transfer portal
MDH replied to TheReal_jayD's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Young man has to do what's in his best interest financially - he won't have a storied professional career earning top dollars. This won't be the first time we lose a talent like this in the NIL era, baring some large expansion to our base providing NIL $. Hope he gets the $ he wants and is successful at his next stop. I'll say right now I don't think he'll out perform an NIT championship next season, but go prove me wrong, TP. -
Mental Health Support
MDH replied to El Paso Eagle's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
When I was a student in 06-10 there were mental health services offered at no cost. -
Their main social media accounts posted about it - lots of exposure from that

Anyone have info on where we can get the on court "official" tee? I prefer white tees (I own a corgi and an 11 month old boy)

Let’s douchebaging GO!!!

It was a matter of time and it's well deserved. Doesn't mean I don't hate to see it. Grant set us up well for the AAC and should allow us to attract better candidates than we might have previously.

My mom went to Wisconsin. I love her and all, but GMG.

Fresno metro is just over 1m but they deliver most of the entire Central Valley and actually a fair bit of so cal and nor cal, too. Last 2 times they’ve played in LA they’ve sold over 20k tickets of their own. SDSU by comparison doesn’t deliver their own market, be it on tv or in the stands. Their alumni are less focused on football and generally don’t remain in the area. They’re in the conversation for pac purely for a travel destination, success on field (not as high as Fresno’s), basketball, and better academics (CSU flagship).
-
They do draw eyeballs, butts in seats, and have on field success. They'd be a great fit in the PAC if it weren't for their snobbery around academics (CSUs don't have doctoral programs). I suspect most around here haven't spent many hours watching their games due to pacific time zone. Born in Fresno, parents taught there, AMA.

I live in Denver so very excited for this one. Laramies a bit dumpy, as is War Memorial, but I’ve seen worse.
