Root, root, root for WKU against Troy. McDonald may be fired before our game if he loses that one. I'd rather play his team, beaten down and going through the motions, than Ray Harper's team, revitalized and with something to prove. Ideal scenario for us: Denver, WKU, Middle, ULM (fat chance), and UALR all win. North Texas / Sun Belt fan in-conference rooting priorities: 1) Middle doesn't lose except to us 2) West wins games against East teams 3) Short term: Ken McDonald keeps his job through the 13th.

None of those 3 should EVER be allowed to work a Sun Belt game again.

Maybe somewhere out in the East Dallas suburbs? Near Lake Ray Hubbard? Forney would be too far away... But somewhere closer could be a nice recruiting pipeline for us, too.
