Justin noticed on the waiver wire that N.O. just released WR Chris Jackson...is this to make room for the Mighty?

It seems every year we have ONE big loss to grades, but you could argue that all four of these players could be big losses. Not saying they are officially grade casualties, but it is possible, highly possible at this point one could assume. Korey Washington hasn't gotten a whole lot of hype this off-season, but he could be huge in the slot Loren...no explanation needed Woodward...never kicked for us before, but he was highly touted out of HS Woody...like ot or not he was going to get a shot to lead this team at the most important position in the offense. Lets hope for good news

Scott Hall is my favorite player to come through UNT. I really wish he could have come through under Dodge...or had 7 years of eligibility to have taken us through the dark years prior to Dodge. Good Luck Scott Hall...cannot wait for your HOF induction!

I agree, that was an awesome day. I brought my die hard A&M Aggie bro-in-law to that game, and he has been coming to NT games since. That was a day that I believe hooked many new NT fans. Remembering that day still gets me excited!

I actually e-mailed him from his facebook site someone posted, and he replied back saying that his agent was looking at all teams, but Quinn said the best chance might be the Bears, Jets, or Jags. Those three teams were the ones that were the most interested before he signed with the Bills. I would love for him to play for the Bears, the team I was brought up on as a pup, but it would also be cool for him to go to the Jets since they have two of our guys already in Spencer and Kassell.

He (Hansen) is right, what would be the difference between that and what we have now? You would still be relying on computers to determine who plays in the "and one" game, and they will screw it up just the same

This kid is actually the recruit that I am most interested in...I hear he has great speed, and we can all tell he has the size. He looks like he has the "potential" to be an great talent for the Mean Green...a prototypical receiver. I am sure he will play on the outside in the spread

That was bad arse! I watched that probaby 4-5 times. With USC signing that kid in middle school for basketball, there is no reason we shouldn't sign this kid for football ***Just joking for all those that were about to destroy me for that statement*** Everyone should take the couple of minutes to watch this kid though...pretty damn phenomonal!

I love those guys, and they have been very solid players for us, but I do not think they are MARQUEE players for NT. You wouldn't put any these players, thhough they are very solid, as some of the best at their position in NT history. The jury is still out on J-Mo...if he has a HUGE season this year, he could crack that level as an "all-timer" Just my opinion...maybe some believe that these players are "all-time" NT players, I just personally don't. That does not mean they have not been solid performers...I like all these players and what they have done for NT.

This is an interesteing question...I was talking to a friend of mine the other day about how this is the first season where we have not had that one stud player. Think about this one, nothing against him by any means, but Brandon Jackson in on our media guide. Gone are the Kassell's, Spencer's, Hall's, Kennedy's, Buckles's, Awasom's, Cobbs's, Freshman J-Mo's, Quinn's of recent years. What we have now, hopefully, are abunch of studs in waiting. What we have now, are players with that dirty "POTENTIAL" label. This is an interesting time for NT as we wait for that next group of studs to rise up. ***DISCLAIMER*** I am not saying we have a bunch of bad players on this team, I just don't think we have players on this roster LABELED yet as those we can't do wothout. I AGREE THERE IS TALENT ON THIS TEAM...I do believe there are good players, do not peg me into that hole of bashing the roster
