Like him or hate him, no one has had a run like him in some time. I sure miss those days, and he was a big part of that run. He'll get his credit later down the road

Can anyone see where/if the championship game is going to be televised??? For the last several years want to say it has been on ESPN2, but I don't see it on my listing...

The good thing about these younger DTs, maybe a reason for hope, is that DT is definitely one of those positions where time is needed to develop before bieng able to solidly contribute. It is very seldom a DT comes in right away and contributes as a freshman. Maybe our young guys, sophs, RS soph, and juniors, have had their time to develop and get acclimated to the game...we only need 3...would like to have 5-6, but you can compete with 3.

What is the deal with BJ Lewis??? I was really looking for him to get his shot to become a solid player at WR this season...

Has anyone heard if the athletic department is doing this again this year? This something I had hoped just became an annual event, but I have not seen anything posted.

I read something somewhere, probably somewhere on this board, that he was being recruited by some to play defense, and he said he would be willing to switch to defense here at NT...we'll see, he may not be a QB recruit. ***1500th POST***

Awasom had a hell of a career for NT...could hardly be compared to TJ Raymond

A guy who has the running ability of Riley is the perfect situation in this offense, but a guy like Thompson can be a capable runner at the QB position in this offense. He may not burn you but he can keep a defense honest.

As a Michigan fan since birth, a couple notches behind my Mean Green loyalty, I can't determine which coaching change I am most happy with... I am disappointed in that it looks like Big Blue won't sign our hero Harbaugh, but I didn't think I was going to be this excited about McCarney either. Looks like Michigan is going to sign San Diego State's head coach, and he has done one hell of a job over there. Maybe the Bears (my NFL team) got he Super Bowl, and both the Mean Green and Michigan both find coaches to take them to their respective next levels! Not likely since I think sports hates me!

Who is the RB coach? I remember it being posted, but he is the only coach who is not listed on the meangreensports.com website. Didn't he come from Western Michigan?

I can't link directly to his blog entry, but looks there was something to him not signing his LOI...Miami has jumped in and he is re-thinking what he wants to do. If we lose this guy, we are in some trouble.

Is anyone concerned that he hasn't signed his LOI yet, and no one at rivals has even listed him as being a verbal for us???

I still haven't seen him listed anywhere as being committed to the Mean Green, he hasn't signed his LOI and he is a December grad...if we don't get him signed and he signs elsewhere I haven't heard of any other plans people seem real big on...this situation is making me nervous! He has some options from some "bigger" schools.
