I noticed he is not listed on the roster. If he has left the team, we are in trouble with depth at DT...basically 3 DTs...

Yes, Ull has a solid record, and they just beat Troy, but look who they have played...NO ONE They beat FIU w/out their QB healthy, and Blakeney himself was concerned about his team in the preseason having a rough year...by their standards anyway...they played a FCS team, and Kent St who is horrible I guess we will let it be decided on the field Saturday!

If we beat Tulsa Saturday the defense got a ton of pressure on Kinnie, and held up against the run If we lose to Tulsa Saturday then Kinnie threw for 400 yds and Dunbar was held under 75 total yds

I think this is exactly why he is not playing. Sometimes we see measurables as indicators of immediate playing time, and I am the first one to admit guilt on this, but especially with DTs, it seems there is a lot more than just size required to get on the field

Surely they meant to reference the concussion and somehow came up with surgery...a surgery is definitely something that someone would have heard of by now

Noticed KC Obi's facebook status: "Gotta get healthy asap worst experience watching from the sidelines!!" I didn't notice him come out of the game, but didn't notice him in the game either. Was he hurt against Houston, during the week, or at Alabama? Hope he is back Saturday against Indiana...really cant afford to lose anyone of the d-line I didn't notice any other injuries last night which would be HUGE

Our QB could help the passing game out by actually stepping into a throw and quit throwing every damned pass off his back foot...and it isnt just when he has pressure so I don't want to hear that excuse

As far as the front four, we re not where we need to be, but I think they have played much better this season than last...and like very other unit on this team, getting better each week

This is in no way a knock on anyone, but I think this is the byproduct of not having a full recruiting season. When coaches come in mid way into the process, sometimes there just isn't enough time to do all your homework, and maybe there was something there that coaches didn't know about, work ethic, discipline issues, committment issues, etc. With that being said, this could be family, health, or some other very credible reason related, I am just so caught off guard that I am grasping at straws, and I know some of the issues other coaches with new teams have had when trying to put a recruiting class together in a short amount of time signing players that have talent, but for some other reason have issues the prevent them from living up to their potential. This is a big loss, say what you will...this one hurts

Both Patrick and Adrian Awasom survive the final cuts for New Orleans and Minnesota, but does anyone know why Cobbs is on the Injured/Reserve list??? I do not remember him getting hurt in the preseason. Anyone with any knowledge of his status???

I don't have a clue as to the predicted score, and I am not even sure we win this game. The thing I do know is that last time they played us, the time everyone keeps referencing when they kicked us around pretty bad and Dunbar couldn't find a hole to run through to save his soul, we had Chase Baine at QB This is not a knock on Baine, but he is not a college QB. Especially not on that day when he was thrown to the wolves after receiveing not even close to what he needed in terms of reps throughout the fall and during practice to be prepared enough to be the starting QB. Once again, no one's fault...too many injuries dictated that. Thompson...lacking experience and everything else will be much better suited to win this game. That fact alone puts us in a MUCH better situation to come out of this game with a win!

This the other part of Scott Hall that not many give him credit for...the guy was tough as nails!
