That is the part of Mac's speech that I really thought about... I'm glad he said it, because no one else in his position has, and the way he said it fired me up too...made me think that equal success under his watch will be seen by him as more of one of the initial steps up the ladder to bigger and better, rather than any sort of pinnacle for the program. I did feel a little "small time" almost though, as I have referred to that period as the "Glory Years" countless times. I can't wait for waht Mac's version of the "Glory Years" look like...I might not be able to handle it as the "Glory Years" of the early 2000's were pretty damn exciting! Craig Robertson - Cleveland Browns Draylen Ross - Chicago Bears Ross is trying to make the team as an H-Back...in Tice's offense it s basically a TE coming out of he backfield. Being a HUGE Bears fan, I keep up like I do for the Mean Green, and I can tell you they really like Ross, but he is definitely in a battle for a roster spot. Keep pulling for these Mean Green players

To make it interesting, be specific...stay away from "the secondary has o play better" Here are mine... 1) Thompson has to be a top 3 statistical QB in the Belt 2) We have to find 1 shutdown/solid corner...Trice will be a player and a dependable corner will dramatically help secondary 3) KC Obi has to play at the same level AK did

I would argue safety is the more difficult spot in secondary due to having to understand rolling coverages and usually having to be the QB of the secondary

Taken from Chicago Tribune May 31 from OTAs... **Just like last week, big tight end Draylen Ross spent some time with running backs during individual drills. Ross is 6-4, 271 pounds, and could be considered a potential H-back. Mike Tice is the new OC and will use the H-back regularly...and we currently dont have one on the roster...here is to hoping he sticks. He will be the 1st NT player I can root for to play for my beloved Bears!
