Absolutely, the biggest reason this season has turned around. The MTSU game was a prime example of how they've carried this team. Funny NT went with an offensive minded coach and have the defense carry the team.

Cautiously optimistic here. The stat that Rice & Marshall have yet to beat another FBS school (0-9 combined) is scary. The positive side of that is NT is beating teams that it should beat. Every game is winnable when your defense is playing lights out and your running game produces.

He's a true freshman. His play will only get better as he matures in this program. He's making mistakes that will go away as he gets minutes under his belt. The sky is the limit for him, barring injury....

I'm sorry but I did LOL at this. Mac did us ZERO favors. Getting blasted by a FCS school last year pretty much branded NT like USDA beef....

Love this look! I've heard sports talking heads call this the "black tie look". Best combination to date, IMO.

Fine has been limited by the offense, IMO. Would've SL opened up the whole playbook had Morris survived this long? Who knows? Dink n' Dunk all day long. It does kinda have that Buick run up the middle feel to it....

We're in 106 and we had a staff member tell us to stay off the wall. lt was at the beginning of the game. First time we've had anyone say anything ever since Apogee was built. She never came back and my son was free to lean all over the wall and get dirty/ashey to his liking. The other weird thing, this was the first time ever an event staffer didn't bother looking at our tickets when we entered the section. I'm guessing some of y'alls bitching about having your hands full and having to get your tickets out made it's way to the top.

That fan should be banned for the rest of the season. Ridiculous. The kids are doing more than enough sacrificing their bodies out there everyday and on Saturdays for our entertainment. So what they're laughing on the sidelines. How do we know what they're talking about?

MTSU stacked the box and ran man most of the night. The passing game picked up a lot of stats once the game went to 23-7 and out of reach . If you saw the game you saw the consecutive 3 and outs and the difficulty Mason had in the pocket. He looked like a true freshman and struggled tonight. The play calling didn't help or at least it looked that way (I don't know if he checked out of a lot of plays ). There will be growing pains, that was evident tonight and that includes the coaching staff.

MTSU adjusted after that first offensive series. Not sure what our coaches are doing....

Straight man on the outside is shutting our WRs down. Blitz all day. NT lacks explosive offensive playmakers....
