Fine wasn't the issue tonight, imo, but the offense only scored 2 TDs by the end of the 3rd.

Was Fine even sacked tonight? When the defense doesn't respect the pass, you're not going to run the ball very well. I just think the coaches didn't put these kids in a good position to win tonight.

SMU did not out athlete NT tonight. Sutton obviously, but no way in hell did I see a better team across the board wearing blue. Poor coaching performance by the head coach & two knuckle head coordinators....

I will say one thing, I saw the talent on the field tonight. NT has the athletes, SMU is not better across the board and should've never beaten this team by the end of the 3rd qtr the way they did.

I don't blame Mason at all. The rollouts and quick screens weren't his call. Constant desinged dink & dunks while SMUs safeties played close, shit calls. Wonder why Wilson only rushed for 45yds?? SMU had zero respect for the intermediate passing game. The horrible wildcat crap deep in their own territory, shit play call. The overy long developing play in their own end zone in the 1st half, shit call.

Yep, Garbage time stats but I don't think Fine was the problem. The play calling stunk. Why in the hell didn't NT throw internediaye/deep more?? SMU's safeties played close all freaking night. The olines pass blocking was decent enough. Run blocking is another story....

Graham Harrell gets a big fat F tonight. SMU's safeties played close all night. Zero respect for the pass. Horrible play calling. Oline gets a -D. Very little push at the point of attack. I thought their passblockingbwas good enough to go intermediate to deep more than what they did. I can absolutely tell you that UNT did NOT get out athleted tonight. No way in hell.
