I saw the talent last night. NT has the talent to win. However, there isn't enough talent to overcome bad coaching.....

The kids out of state haven't been exposed to years of bad mouthing NT as they go through high school. Instead, they hear jokes about their local laughingstock University. Clear advantage North Texas. :)

That's why I continue to say place a major focus on recruiting outside of Texas. DFW kids laugh at UNT. Houston kids laugh at UNT. West Texas kids laugh at UNT. CA & Florida kids laugh at San Jose St., FAU (maybe not after Kiffin's arrival), & FIU, they aren't familiar with NTs Texas disrespect.

It was a conjointed effort. Whoever played right gaurd was getting destroyed at the point of attack by the SMU DT on almost every play...

I'm not blaming him. He ran the plays that was called. My wrath is focused on a certain Red Raider who Jason Garretted last year by learning on the fly and was completely schooled by the SMU defensive staff last night. After 10 quick points, SMUs defense made adjustments and stifled NTs offense to zilch until the end of the 3rd quarter (game was all but over by then). Absolutely inexcusable.

Oh man this season could get real ugly.....
