    Pick a P5 school in the southeast/southwest that barely made Bowl eligibility and they’ll be glad to play NT in any Bowl. Hell, look for schools that have been historically bad that are on a Bowl drought. Their fans will come.

    Good news for us when Bowls are looking to fill their spots. We know we can fill the HoD, but how well do NT fans really travel? I can’t remember much about the stands during the NO Bowl years....

    At the Army game I saw someone walking around the sidelines with a dark gray North Texas fitted cap by Nike. It has “NORTH TEXAS” embroidered on the front and a swoosh on the back. Anyone seen this hat and know where I can grab one?

    I like Denton, too but money talks. SL would be stupid to pass on a big contract while his stock is at its peak. No way NT can match what some P5’s can give him.

    It’s reality. He’ll be gone sooner than later. However, that would be a good sign since it means he tore up CUSA and left NT a winning program. That’s NT’s best scenario. Up and coming coaches wanting to prove themselves before hitting the big time. We are just a step for them to move up on in the scheme of things. Kinda sad but true...

    No, they won’t get a sniff. Their only P5 win was against a Maryland team that will end the season with a losing record. They may have had a snowball’s chance if Maryland made some noise in the B10.
