  1. Did you get the game? I went to Target in Flowermound and they had it out for sale but when the cashier rang it up it said "recall". She took them all down and said we may have to wait until Tuesday.
  2. USC already signed him.
  3. Has anyone been lucky enough to score an early copy of the game? If so, where? I'm curious as to if NT will be in the old uniforms?
  4. I've used an online sportsbook for 5 years but have not made a bet/deposit since the new laws went into effect. Damn the neo cons.
  5. Anything over .500 should be considered a great year, IMO. I would be thrilled with 5 or 6 wins.
  6. Vizza or Riley could've won 4 straight state titles each and thrown for 20k yards a piece and that still wouldn't mean squat when translated to the D1 level. Potential means nothing off the field. It makes us and coaches feel good about their ability since we nothing else to base it on. The best person will play at each position, including QB.
  7. A couple of seasons ago, New Mexico St. did that very same thing. Several times throughout the game they would run 2 QB's in the huddle and switch them up at the line of scrimmage. Either way, their offense still stunk.
  8. The first quote shows their idiocy and ingorance. Bottom line, Riley would've never seen the field as a QB in Austin. He will get every chance to run NT's offense under his father. He's already proven he's more than capable enough to do it and NT has shown they're in need of consistency at the QB spot. Win-Win-situation for Riley, Todd, & NT football. SMUt just hatin' on a playa. They'll really be hatin' on us when NT stomps a mudhole in 'em at Ford.
  9. versus a bunch of mini Ditkas?
  10. I meant to say put him in on the 3-deep roster at QB. I'm fully expecting Wilson & Meager to be the other 2. Now who starts from there is anyone's guess.
  11. I think Tre will have to go through Big Nate in order to get to North Texas. Chances are low, IMO.
  12. Anything over .500 is a very successful year,IMO.
  13. I don't think it will be an issue. The smart thing to do would be to allow GV to be on teh active roster as a freshman. He doesn't have to start but put him in the 3 QB rotation along with Wilson & Meager. If he can crack the starting spot, then so be it. When Junior get's here, immediately red shirting him will give him a 2 year "window of opportunity" to take over the QB spot. This puts NT in a great position.
  14. I tend to disagree. Nothing hotter than a woman who never shaves and refuses to wear panties.
  15. DT's all the way.
  16. It all depends if a certain Hurricane named Ditka comes through the North Texas area. The real question we should all be asking ourselves is who would win this macth: God vs Ditka????
  17. Well, we all know how accurate those are!
  18. So at 5'10 166lbs what position at the D1 level will he play??
  19. I would take that to avoid all white helmets.
  20. It's the same mentality we seem to love to follow here. We seem to think if we get out of OU/UT without injuries, we'll be "up" for a game against said SBC school???
  21. Anyone ever consider that Tech has the superior football team based on talent & experience at most positions when compared to NT? Combine that with the revenge factor & SMU has a decent advantage, IMO.
  22. 1000yds receiving is a huge mark to attain in college football. I would have to say no to the poll, but I do think he could get close to the 800yd mark.
