I'm with GMG1999, four wins should be seen as an improvement for this team. My biggest question is why in the hell is Cam-Money not starting? I've been saying the same thing since last year, this team just doesn't have enough speed on offense, specifically, the RB position. Cam changes that when he plays.

I think it has to do with the mentality of spread minded coaches. They have a better chance of beating you by scoring on offense than buckling down on D. The more talented players will always go to the offensive side of the ball, thus scholarships will always favor this type of player. Also, the talent level needed on defense to stop big time offenses is hard to come by. These caliber players almost always end up at "bigger" programs. Teams like Florida can pretty much hand pick recruits at almost any position. Us 'little" guys, not so much.

I'm glad Germaine is back at OLB. He showed some ability when he played there under Dickey.

This is football not a barfight. Weight means everything when it comes to blocking a pass rushing DE. Remember, you've got a 230 - 280 pound defensive end coming full blast at a guy who has to back pedal and stop his momentum. Why do you think Tackles are the biggest players on an OL? Ever think of the angle DE's can take coming full speed at a Tackle????? Guards have it so much easier playing DT's. As an ex college lineman, I can tell you this is the hardest thing to do. This isn't like run blocking when you can tee off on a guy. Strength, weight, reach, & technique/skill are all important.

I wonder if Avery would've pushed to rid of Josh Howard, landing Dallas Artest. Cuban's loyalty to his players is killing this team.
