I say confuse the D. Come out in an I-form, TE right. Run a strongside lead with Cam barreling his way for 5 yds. Punch them in the mouth on 1st play and let them know NT came to play for 48 minutes. Next play I-Form, TE right, Strongside Counter Trap. Let Cam dance off tackle for 5-7yds. Defensive coordinators will be like "where the hell's the 5 wide???"

I've been reserved in saying this, but I think our LB's are severely overrated. Tackling in the box has to get better and that's all on them. I'm assuming Kylie Hill's conversion to Lber has everything to do with adding quickness, speed, & better tackling to the position.

It's a two way street that the 30hr working student would gladly give up for gridiron glory. We all know the dropout rate for the average college student is far greater than student athletes in general. Something like less than 50% of all incoming freshman will have their bachelors degree in 7 years. At any rate, winning brings attention to the university, which in turn, brings us more prestige & more students. Win at football and all things will get better.....

I think Mosely is the best blocker of the 3. When your RB is designed to be nothing more than a blocker, guess who starts? He doesn't have the quick first step or explosiveness Cam & Lance possess.

Funny, I don't ever remember this offense trying to establish a running game. It's just not designed to do that.

Well, I'll be the first to say Dodge doesn't really care about this so called "production" we're all expecting to see from the RB position to carry this offense & it's young QB. The RB is nothing more than a blocker in this system. Pass first, pass second, & then pass 3rd. Why do you guys think Micah Mosely got so much PT his first year, when we all knew the superior RB, #26, was a 2nd & third option at the position??? The injuries to Mosely & Dunbar forced Dodge to use Cam more, last season. Will he do the obvious and ride the workhorse?? History tells me, no. I hope he proves me wrong & Montgomery rushes for 1200+yds. It's no secret, Cam & Dunbar could be an awesome duo in the SBC, if the coach does decide to use them.

How about having 11 guys trying to take your head off?? A defensive back might get lucky to make a tackle, chances go up slightly if they 're playing safety. WR's may have a ball thrown in their direction a 1/4 of the time. QB is one of the most punishing positions on the football field, why down play that fact? How is TFLF trashing the QB? His assessment is right on regarding Riley's potential position at any "BCS" school.

This is the problem I have with the hype on Riley. So the guy can run, how many QB's in the FBS do NOT have the ability to run? Unless Riley is Mike Vick, NT won't shoot to .500 from that alone. His work in high school is 2nd to none, but at the high school level 1 player can flat out dominate a game. Talent is not watered down and everyone can run at the FBS level. Physical attributes are just as important as talent at certain positions. I hope to god Riley is the 2nd coming of Mike Vick!!!!!!
