Absolutely not. Some of the reactions are ridiculous,IMO. He signed with NT, chose to use his eligibility here, and played his ass off for JJ. That's more than most people do & more than what we could ask for.

I'll just end this by saying I'm hyped by what I saw and think we've turned the corner. Will we be bowl eligible at years end? I don't know, but I'd say NTs chances just went up considerably.

It felt good to not see our guys run out of the stadium after 1 half. Next week can't get hear soon enough!

Kind of the same thing I was saying but turned up with a little more sunshine & puppy dog? I'm no expert, and we all know opinions are like assholes, but I've watched and wagered on lots of college football for the last 12 years and I promise you LSU would've prepared & played differently had NT been ranked #8 coming into Death Valley.

I understand where you're coming from, but let's be honest here. NT was never going to win this game. The game plan was conservative to minimize the chance for turnovers and eat up clock. The run game was working after the 1st qtr. Stick with what works when you're playing the #3 team in the country. LSU shot themselves in the foot many times. That combined with our disciplined play worked out very well for us. You can't ask for more than what we saw tonight, IMO.

Not a good comparison. I think LSU may have been looking ahead a little. NT played well, don't take anything away from our guys. But getting ready for the #8 team in the country is a little different than a middle of the pack SBC team...

I asked for the to score 10 in the 1st, I got 7 but did get another 7 from tgat great drive in the 4th. I asked for the D to hold them under 40 and got 41. I'll go ahead and call it 2 for 2. Loved what I saw tonight.

Mac had the team ready. It felt good to see the team fight until the end. Not getting run out of the stadium in the first half is a good feeling. At times, it felt like the damn was about to burst in the 1st qtr, but our guys kept pushing forward. Shows what a good coach can accomplish....

DL played very well. They just got worn out in teh 4th, Great showing overall. I'm happy.

Yikes!! I watched some mid-majors put up fights with SEC teams today. This is not one of them.

Goes to show what a good coach does for a program. Solich has done a great job in building this program.
