It's horribly unfortunate that you have that situation, but there are probably better places than college forums to discuss the vices that are manifested from your "constant fear about what's between someone's legs". Brainwashing and mental manipulation by TikTok and other social media have reportedly been brutal to many other fragile and vulnerable teen girls in addition to yourself. There are legitimate recognized crisis support services that can offer therapy (many free) and can even defuse manifestations caused by programming to a hate induced woke ideology. We are a community here and hopefully posters can direct you towards helpful resources. God Bless and Best Wishes.

I agree. Stanford, Kansas, and Notre Dame could all wind up in the Big 10, while Virginia and North Carolina should get to choose between Big 10 and SEC membership. For what it's worth, (sorry Buffalo), Missouri could also leave the SEC for the Big 10.

Would it be possible? They have just built a new half billion dollar stadium and are supposedly courting the SEC's attention.

Rubin didn’t leave UNT for NIL money
ADLER replied to Ross Hodgeson's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Like I stated, some players that depart early for pro or NIL deals will be revered as essential parts of our sports legacy for their contributions. They have earned their accolades and any post-career honors we may bestow upon them. Others that come and go may only be regarded as productive journeymen. I am grateful that they selected North Texas as their stepping stone and brought their talents to Denton for a year. I too am not thrilled with how NIL has destabilized rosters, but I am happy that we have a coaching staff that has demonstrated that they can navigate these new challenges. -
Let's all take a quick break and listen to a little beautiful music loved by all Americans. Students proving that you don't have to be from Pangea to be a good person.

Rubin didn’t leave UNT for NIL money
ADLER replied to Ross Hodgeson's topic in Mean Green Basketball
It may not be the happiest moments for parents, but you cannot dislike your kids because they leave home to start lucrative careers. It's the same with our players. They aren't leaving for a better family, they are advancing their financial careers. They competed for us, risked injury for us, and brought enormous recognition for our school. After everything, they are still part of our family and I'd welcome them back for every honor they deserve. -
Rubin didn’t leave UNT for NIL money
ADLER replied to Ross Hodgeson's topic in Mean Green Basketball
More likely, Rubin will be considered a one-and-done journeyman at Michigan and will be a quickly forgotten spare in their dustbin. Have any of our beloved stars been fondly remembered at the schools to which they transferred? But he shouldn't be criticized for leaving if that move wildly financially benefits him. We need to support what's best for our student athletes and their families even if losing them is to our detriment. Hopefully, in time, we may be in position to retain some of our premier talent. -

I hate to see him leave, but, I want him to be able to do whatever he believes is best for him and his family. He has contributed immensely to our program for several seasons, accomplished so much, and I am extremely grateful for his endeavors. I hope Michigan is opening the bank vault for him. And, like others before him, he graduated prior to transferring. He stayed here for the duration of his undergraduate career and I believe should be eligible for HOF consideration. -
AAU membership
ADLER replied to Hunter Green's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
Nebraska had their AAU designation removed for non-academic reasons. AAU criteria requires that the colleges that qualify the university for AAU membership all be in the same market. It was later pointed out that Nebraska's medical school is in Omaha, and their AAU membership was rescinded. The UNT law school and the UNT medical school are considered to be in the same metropolitan area as the flagship campus. North Texas needs to keep raising the research budget until it's in the top third of R1 schools. It will probably take another decade to accomplish but the school is well on track as it's already mid-R1 for research spending. Texas needs more AAU level colleges as UT, A&M, and Rice are the only members. UH and Tech have both already met the AAU research investment criteria and should soon, like USF has been, be recognized with that distinction. -

"The Grand Old Man of Football" Amos Alonzo Stagg (August 16, 1862 – March 17, 1965) Stagg was a member of the first "All American Team" in 1889 when he played at Yale. He then coached from 1890 to 1946 at the University of Chicago and the University of the Pacific and won the 1905 and 1913 National Championships. He designed much of the game of football during his career. Amos Alonzo Stagg with North Texas coach Odus Mitchell the night before the 1946 Optimist Bowl. ACC guy now speculating same story as BIG XII podcaster. "75% chance FSU leaves ACC" before Stanford, Cal, and our little sis join". June 30 is deadline for 'Magnificent Seven' to dissolve the ACC, and ESPN can walk if only two leave by then.
