All jokes aside, and this may mark me as an old man, but I really hate how technology has changed dating for the worse. Whatever happened to meeting women the old fashioned way? You know, by raiding a neighbor village and stealing them?

For the record I agree with you 100%. It's just there is no need to bag on DD for his results the first few years. Terrible facilities, terrible support from the administration, and a murderous schedule. GH made more than DD did here, several of the position coaches made more than his coordinators did. For what he had DD over performed. People thought he didn't, he got let go, and then we got a solid decade of suck. THEN we got serious about FB.

Yes. Over time this will be the rule for everyone. Almost all the internal parking lots are slated to be used for actual buildings in the future. A handful of faculty/staff will have spots on this side of the highway. Everyone else will park across the street and bus over to campus. Of course this is long timeline.

Stinks. Constantly writing content is a beat down, and I can understand why he wouldn't want to keep doing that for free forever, while actually working. The Mean Green Report was a huge job for @Harryand I to keep on top of, and there was two of us.

Those NCAA tourney credits tho. (X) Doubt I think he caught quite a bit of fan flak from the Dodge fiasco, it calmed down with the 2013 bowl game, but exploded into flames shortly after. He did have support from the big guys for a lot longer than he had from the little guys.

RV was here 16 years. In that time period TCU and Utah went from the WAC to P5 conferences. I think a lot of the frustration from his tenure comes from the fact that most fans realize that the era of teams moving from the non power conferences to power conferences is over. If we're honest, I'm not sure senior leadership at the time would have supported an AD's plan to get us into the P5. Several schools (like SMU and UH) have spent a ton of money to make the leap, had leadership support, and didn't make it anyway. However, RV was the AD at the time and the fact of the matter is some schools made the non power to power conference leap, and we were not one of them. Some fans will always hold that against him. The consultants report didn't help his image out at all either.
