What does Mac, or any other coach, say in the locker room after the worst defeat in program history to an FCs team no less. Do they even address the team? Do they just go into their office. What the hell can you say after that?

I agree that we can't afford to keep him but where is the buyout money AND the money for the new coach and staff gonna come from. If we want a good coach we are gonna have to pay for it. Remember we also have a BB hire on the horizon as well.

I don't doubt that AM has a great work ethic and practices hard. I don't doubt that he is well liked and respected. I don't doubt that he gives 100% every time he steps on the field. I just don't think he has the talent to be an FBS quarterback. Hard work can only take you so far.

We will continue down the same path we have been traveling for the 22 years I have been following this program. Things DO NOT change here. Losing and mediocrity have been, and always will be, acceptable here. It's part of the culture in the athletic department. Just come into work and try not to kill anyone or burn the building down and you get to keep your job. I guess I am the fool though because I come in every year thinking things will change. I will continue to root my arse off for the Mean Green cause it's what we do. But each year my nuts get a little more swollen from getting them kicked into my stomach.
