MGB: Jameel Moore confirms he has committed to UNT

It's a product of two things 1. Throwing Nate Brooks and Ashton Preston out there at corner as freshman. It stings the first year but they get great experience. I think we have something with Preston and Brooks. 2. No pressure up front from the DL. -

Loading up on DBs. We are gonna need some if we are truly planning to run a 4-2-5. These are athletes that can be moved around the field to other positions too. -
The difference with Smith is his ability to find the end zone. He is the all-time leading scorer in the entire Arlington ISD(not just Martin High School). This includes Martin, Lamar, Arlington, Sam Houston, Seguin, and Bowie. The kid finds the end zone.

Only reason to go to Albuquerque is for hot air balloons. Now Santa Fe on the other hand.

Dude, there's peaches and cream, tambourines, satisfaction. That sounds pretty good.

Do you think that JJ was able to succeed because he was such a good coach that he was able to overcome the shortcomings of his boss and department as a whole. Or do you think that RV was still putting forth effort back then because the infrastructure improvements and donations weren't accomplished yet and he had no laurels to rest on.

Young men do stupid things when alcohol is involved. Hope he learns from this and moves forward.

I think Johnson is the best commit this year(and maybe the best one in the last 10-15 years). I think it takes at least 1/2 to one full season for most fall JUCOs to acclimate to FBS. For this reason I think Nic Smith will have the biggest impact as I think he will work his way to 2nd on the depth chart behind Wilson. There have been exceptions to the fall JUCO ramp-up time. Michael Pruitt is a good example as we didn't sign him until summer of 2003. He came in and got playing time behind Booger and had 10 TFL and 5 sacks as a DT in his first season so it can be done. I'm still gonna stick with Smith as the impact player.

Vito is hitting up Chandler Anthony on Twitter to discuss. This is the most likely 405.

Wow, 3 Big Ten offers for this kid. Pretty good list. Could he have flipped.

Makes sense. Give him a shot to earn the scholarship as a PWO. Nothing to lose.

New Mexico is a better team in a better conference that would have beaten us by 30 last season. We lost this battle. Let's move on.

I'll let YOU off the hook. In April, Paxton Lynch will most likely be a top 10 pick in the NFL draft. He was a 2 star recruit according to 247 that played high school ball in Florida. He was offered by only Florida A&M and Memphis. Wow, lots of coaches right there in the good ol' Sunshine State missed on that one huh? I mean he was right under their noses.

Still in character. Well done.

Dude, Harrington's doing a bit now. He has to be. If so, he's stayed in character pretty well. Kudos sir.

No no no no no effing no. We can't overlook these kinds of things just because we are coming off of a 1-11 record.
-
Then he would be a phenomenal player. We'll just be getting more years out of English.
