  1. I believe smoooo is 0-3 in Denton.
  2. SMU just posted their full unis for Saturday.
  3. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lon=-97.16523227539064&lat=33.21075312857741#.V8cdrU0rI4k Mostly Sunny and 88 degrees for Saturday with a light breeze. Couldn't ask for more on the first weekend in September.
  4. I think close to 500 is fair. They will probably be scattered throughout so it may look much smaller. Let's not be too hard on the total though, it's a long drive up 35 for Mimsy and Kip.
  5. Remember to stop every now and again to take it all in. You only get ONE home opener a year and it is a thing of beauty. Take pictures. Talk to your fellow Eagle tailgaters(they're on your side and I promise they will be friendly). It's ok to rib Pony tailgaters and give them a hard time but there's never a reason to be rude. They are our guests. If you don't know them already, learn the words to "Fight, North Texas" and "Glory To The Green And White". SING THEM PROUDLY when the times come. https://125.unt.edu/traditions GMG Beat smooooooooooooo
  6. I think we will see Fine if it is in a competitive game situation and Morris goes down but we will see O'Hara if it is blowout mop-up duty.
  7. Agreed but practice and games are vastly different animals. I hope I am wrong on my prediction but my fear is I am calling it too close. It's just a reflection on how deep of a whole the past staff placed us in and not a reflection on the current staff.
  8. First game in new offensive and defensive systems. First meaningful game action in 5 years for the most important player on the field for us. No depth to speak of. UNT - 16 SMU - 31
  9. banana hammock(green of course)
  10. I assume they have already made the decision on the starter and announced it to the team. There is very little game film to go on for smooo on either Morris or Fine so it doesn't make much sense to keep it a secret much past this weekend.
  11. 1. Ivy League level snobbery without all the pesky accolades. 2. University Park, keeping under the table briefcase cash fashionable 3. You can't spell: "We're super arrogant about our glory days in the SWC which we were only able to achieve because of smarmy backroom dealings and in your face flouting of any and all NCAA SWC moral and all other rules of life in general". without smu. 4.Kindly hosting us at Apogee South every other year.
  12. Littrell DEMANDS that we "Bring The Juice" on Saturday.
  13. I would go with either green pumps or maybe some slingbacks. Bring some sneakers for the walk up to the stadium though. Who wants corns, amirite. It will be technically before Labor Day so you can show up in green OR white. The sun will be setting so spaghetti straps or strapless is appropriate for a dress.
  14. ^ This Repetition is key in this offense. There aren't a lot of plays to learn but they have to be run with precision EVERY time. If the QB expects you to be at the 15 yard line at the left hash you BETTER be there. If the defense blitzes, you BETTER read it and break the route off properly. Harrell said that you can put the entire playbook on a napkin so it shouldn't be too hard to learn. I believe Fred Scott also said the defense is much easier as well and allows players to use their instincts and skills.
  15. Nothing could be worse than the the smoooo game in 2014. Saying it was oppressive does not do it justice. So if it is 90 degrees in the shade at kick off I will take that without hesitation.
  16. I have been going back and forth between 2-10 and 3-9 but I'll settle on 2-10. Depth will be what gets us as we will tend to fade in the 4th quarter of games. Gimme BC and UTSA as the wins.
  17. Can we just put a winner like Hedlund on the bench as an interim. Can't do worse then Benny, and he probably goes over .500 to boot.
