Its important that if legalized it is regulated at the same level as alcohol. If you tax it too high or over regulate it, officials are leaving the door wide open to cartels and other nefarious people to continue a black market.

Sorry if this has been discussed in detail already, but why do we not play FIU this year? I remember a few years back that our conference scheduling was set up in such a way that we wouldn't play one conference mate every year, but I thought that had stopped. Feel free to direct me to a thread where this was discussed.

Voted on as amendment 64 in November here in Colorado - http://ballotpedia.org/wiki/index.php/Colorado_Marijuana_Legalization_Initiative,_Amendment_64_(2012) I think Washington has one up for vote too.

I've no issue with the owner expressing his opinion (as much as I disagree with it). As long as they don't discriminate in their hiring and promotion policies, I'll continue to eat their yummy food.

Just an FYI for those interested...I was scanning the CUSA board yesterday and noticed there were 2 threads trying to get dynasties set up for PS3 and Xbox. The Xbox commish is setting up the conference to include UNT, UTSA, LaTech and FIU. The PS3 one will be with the current CUSA lineup, so you'll need to adopt a team. I'm probably not getting this year's version, but probably will next year and look forward to some dynasty play.
