It’s frustrating to be killing the early season momentum AGAIN this year like last year - right before the CUSA tourney. We need a big fan turnout there and this isn’t the way to accomplish that.

We’re a mess right now.

20 turnovers is unacceptable. Not going to win games doing that.

What's the latest on Duffy? There was talk of him potentially coming back weeks ago then nothing. Would love to use the pod play to work him back into game shape and get another shooter ready for the CUSA Tourney. Doesn't seem likely though.

This is legit criticism. I read your other post on scholarships and agree. The quality and amount of depth issues we’re currently facing are on Grant. That said, it’s not surprising to lose road games in conference with our best player hurt. We’re simply not a good team without Woolridge.

Just pointing out the hyperbole of your “dumpster fire” claim. Benford ball was a true dumpster fire. If you can’t make the distinction between that and what we have now, I don’t know what to tell you. These past three games for us have been frustrating dissapointments. Trust me, I’m pissed that we’ve potentially played our way out of the first pod. That said we lost road games without our best player on the floor and a ridiculously short bench. All is not lost but it likely got a ton tougher moving forward.

Doubt they shoot 60% + for the rest of the game. Wanna see us attack the rim, force the action offensively and draw some fouls. That’s how we clawed back into the Rice game at home earlier in the season.

Gonna be upset if we play our way out of the first pod.

Props to the AD for syncing up the promotions and delivering a huge crowd for our biggest home conference game this year. Sucks we didn’t deliver a W. The crowd was primed and ready to blow the roof of the place if we’d have hit shots at a couple key moments.
