It’s college football. You’re 1 quality coaching hire - especially in a non power conference league - from being relevant. Look at Liberty, Louisiana, UTSA, UAB, ect. Wren gets to hire the next one. His hires in the other sports produce quality results. No reason to think that won’t translate to football - or that it shouldn’t be the fanbase’s expectation. We just have to stop accepting bad/mediocre as a fan base. There are no more built in excuses. Greatest thing Seth has done here during his tenure is show that well rated recruits can be had at UNT - busting that long standing myth that it’s impossible to recruit here.

Your last couple threads have been real doozies. Well done!

Norvell, Leavitt, Frost, Brown, Fuente, Brohm - should all be on the short list assuming they become available.

This is every bit as bad as the Dodge era and end of Mac era teams. There’s literally no difference.

Our offense is flat embarrassing. No dynamic players at any position.

This is just depressing.

I think we win today too and get the program back on track under Seth. Offense puts it together and defense compliments.

Just want us to come out and look like a competent football team in Dallas for a change. The last couple of trips there have been such a morale killing beatdown. I truly don't understand it either. Half of that stadium - or more- is green every time. You’d think our coaches and players would be fired up and ready to go seeing their fans take over an opponents stadium - but we come out flat and uninspired every time.
