DD probably wants to leave NT...but there are no better offers. I would love to say that he would want to stay because he will have TWO top 5 rushers next year in Thomas and Cobbs, but the reality is $$$ and prestige talks louder. He will be (fortunately) stuck at NT for a few more years...
