Not to be rude...but can you qualify your statement please. For instance, how many college basketball games have you played in? NCAA Tournament games? Do you think it might be a little different playing in a college basketball atmosphere as compared to one's own driveway? Think the noise, pressure, intensity, adrenaline rush, etc. might be a little higher? Again, not to be rude...just think most of us, and I am not saying you personally, do not really have any basis to talk.

Yes, well, hopefully we can do our part and sell out our "allotment" of tickets as well... I am doing my part...coming all the way from Raleigh to attend. I am truly excited...this should be a great game and certainly a festive atmosphere. GO MEAN GREEN!!!

OK, fair enough. However, hopefully TD makes the right decision based on what is best for the TEAM, not the individual. If that means having to displace a friend, then so be it? Does that sound cruel? Maybe, but look at the example that was made of Phil Bennet...you don't produce (in this business), and you lose your job. Folks, are we in the business of winning football games...or maintaining relationships? Hell, our own Dr. Phil would probably know the answer to that. Anyway, I am sure we all hope that the "learninig curve" does not affect us too badly. But, if it is more than that (aptitude for the college game, being unable to make adjustments in the hectic frenzy that is college football, etc.)...I sure hope the right decisions are made. Be honest...would having the "right" players for this "system" really make some of these concerns go away?????

No Sir...especially J-Mo. NFL talent scouts typically like to see progression, or consistency in the least. J-Mo will not make it into the NFL off of his freshman year alone. Plus, he is so dang injury prone...that will keep them away alone...

Agreed. I was watching some good football all day, and then tuned into our game when I got home. Players on both sides were slow. This honestly looked more like a HS football game than a DIA game!

Actually, I believe you have it wrong. The facts are not pointless, as they do provide measureable evidence (data) to support an argument. Therefore, they are not "pointless", as you say. Further, your second argument (losing to a DII program) seems pointless to me. Relevant???
