I saw the NT Lacrosse team out there practcing after the scrimmage on Friday. I did not even know we had Lacrosse...pretty neat. Now...where is the Baseball team?????

We're in second to Baylor...26% vs. 28%. I am kind of surprised that many people think Baylor will be that much better...

Article said 3:30!??! Sorry to ask again...just want to make sure I do not miss it. My famil and I are up from NC and I really wanted to attend this scrimmage. Thanks everyone!

This was a very interesting post for me. I live in Raleigh, NC and was in a Dicks Sporting Goods store today. I was looking at the UA wear, and noticed that they only offer a select group of colors. Yes, there was the Maryland red and black, I saw Tennessee's orange as well...but you know what other color among the 5-6 that I saw?????... North Texas' Kelly Green!!! I was ecstatic...I could not believe my eyes. They had several styles of shirts that were our color and, like I said, there was only about 5-6 colors represented. Now, what are the odds you would usually see kelly green with red, black, and navy blue???

You know...I have always been a fan and have appreciated what Brett Vito has done for UNT. However, I have absolutely become disenchanted with his demeanor and attitude towards my alma mater as of late. It seems to me the dude goes out of his way to take shots at UNT. Does he REALLY have to keep reminding us that this past season may have not turned out the way we all wanted it? I mean, how many more times can he mention the "dismall 2-10 season"!??!???? Further, Rex Burkhead is one of those "national" typr recruits that many BCS programs are, apparently, going to take a look at. So, it is any shock to anyone that UNT is not his top choice at this point? Why does Vito have to sensationalize it??? Dear BV: Look here guy, I am sorry Dodge does not like you. I am sorry the dude from FW paper keeps beating you to the punch. But, really, enough already...get a life!!!

Good point. I think there are many of us, including myself, who have forgotten about Evan. I'll tell you, we really have some fine looking receivers now, with much athletic ability. Heck, we may just have one of the best receiving corp in the nation in a couple of years!!!

Yeah, but hopefully the cash we would get is enough to support the budget. Seems we still need these "body bag" games on our schedule to bolster our budget.

You and me both. We had some pretty good players during his tenure here...but I sincerely believe the man knows what he is doing (no offense to RM), and our success on D was at least in part to his efforts.

I may be wrong...but I think there was an actual physical model in the Athletic Offices at the Mean Green Village last time I was there.
