San Diego is amazing. Location alone is an attraction for the school. Expensive place to actually live tho.

I agree we could probably differentiate NT and end. Demeco Roland was the guy we recruited at DT and he ended up at JC.

I am so pleased that our AD had the foresight to make this campaign happen and early to boot. He may never get the award, even though he is certainly deserving, but the story will be told and will get eyes because of the Heisman mystique. As I have said all along, it's not just Mason's performance and stats which have been top notch. It's his STORY... It's an amazing underdog story that makes people feel good. Yes even the greedy NCAA would shed a tear of blood over it. This is how you do it. Mason Fine is a once in a lifetime story that we may never have again many of our UNT lifetimes. There aren't many Mean Joe Greene's, and Booger Kennedy's and Mason Fine opportunities and you have to make the most of them. This program has always had such amazing potential and it is so nice to finally see us reaching it.

So does this help our guard oriented smaller team? Or is it better for the more physical bigger P5 teams? There had to be an angle for this...

I think we had some like say a Jamario but I’m not sure that the rankings have always been there as they are now.

I think they are doing a great job and their momentum seems to be building for sure. ALSO - welcome to the site!

No cause the whole time they will be pushing us to add them in football and that just is not going to work. I agree they have a decent basketball program though and would probably help our RPI. But I see no reason to get their hopes up for FB by adding them.
