Not a big fan of the green pants with the black everything else. But my opinion doesn’t matter. Hope the players like it and play well on Saturday.

NT 31 -------- WBU 15 Halftime Kind of felt like we carried over a bit of the funk from Tuesday's second half into the first part of this game, but now it feels like we have our heads in the game.

I was thinking about wearing my Viet Nam combat fatigues to the game Saturday but they didn’t fit me. Imagine that. I was shocked I tell ya! Go Mean Green! Beat Army!

Usually geography for road games. 1CAV, as you probably know, is at Fort Cavazos. Home games, that's clearly not the case. When we played ECU, 7ID was honored. Maybe a rotation based on units we won't play close to in the near future? And in case you or anyone is wondering, in the past we have based the Army-Navy uniform on a division that had been honored earlier in the same season.

I’m glad this didn’t age well. Lol

Not a good start to the game, but they definitely ended well. This team is definitely better than last year’s team. Can’t wait for the next one.

AD released a timeline yesterday. 4 Apache helicopters doing a flyover around 2:20. Also if it interests you, the Army band performing at 12p at Mean Green Live (the hill).

So I usually wait until the last minute to grab tickets in case there's miserable weather or something comes up... I'm not finding any secondary ticket sites where you can get tickets for less than buying directly through the athletic department, but East Carolina tickets can be had for $15 or $20. I am also seeing entire sections sold out on the alumni side and very few tickets available in some of the 200 sections.

I don't see Eric Morris punting 4 times in one game. More like, we go for it on 4th down 4 times on our own side of the field.

There are usually at least some cadets at away games -- usually cadet leadership and cadets from the general area of the game. The pep band also travels, but I don't know if they travel to all games. The Army team will go over to the visitor's seating area for the playing of Alma Mater after the game just as they do at home games.

I agree. I’m not a fan of the black, but with the green pants…not a bad look at all. Throw on a green helmet and I might actually be a fan of these.

I didn't watch the entire game as I fell asleep but what I saw of Cotton was encouraging. Looked a little lost at times and he had a 30 second fight with his headband during play but he looks like he'll quickly become a contributing member of the rotation with experience. What's nice is he and Mason both got early minutes in what was a close game. Hoping that continues so they're ready for conference play. Now we just need another big to step up. Need more offense on the interior.

Awful. Stevie Wonder could pick a better uniform combination.

Normally not a fan of the Black unis, but the Green pants add just the right splash of color. I think these are also an attempt to mimic Army's uniforms a bit...

The helmet is cool, but I think a two-tone green camo would have been a good way to pay tribute to the military.

Over the years I have heard many people, mostly celebrities, who said if this person (either party} wins "I will leave the Country". I am unaware of anyone who has ever followed through with the promise. Does anyone else know of any that have?

Army will be receiving votes next week, just not enough to be ranked.

I heard he doesn't want to make a change during the season, but evaluate after. He's not going to just trash talk Craponi.
