Throughout the offseason, Georgia coach Mark Richt was asked by fans what the Bulldogs' "Blackout" game would be in 2008.

Georgia fans have their answer. It will occur when Alabama pays a visit to Sanford Stadium.

This will mark only the third time in school history - and second regular-season game - that the Bulldogs have donned the black jerseys.

It was obviously a black jersey joke.

My god I forgot how ugly and rediculous our players looked. I hope we never go back to those days again. As for the black jerseys, I really like black jerseys but only if they are a part of the jersey line. Like I would like it if NT had a black jersey as a third jersey but it needs to be well designed in my opinion...not the crap DD made the players wear a few years ago.

i wouldn't mind a 3rd black jersy either....like an alternate to wear myabe once a year or once every few years....like as GreenJoe said, if it was devolped by underarmor like our other ones....but nothing like those black uni's form the dickey area...
