If we win we lose to western Kentucky. If we lose we will beat western kentucky. It's a tough call..... We must be .500 or better for Benford to stay so we need to start winning now! I just want to improve on last season and keep that goal going forward until we hit a run of 22-24 plus win seasons.

I like your spunk and passion for NT but you and I both know that Benford couldn't coach the Mav's to a 22 win season.

MGS fact of the game - at 22-60, Benford has passed both Gar Heard and Quinn Buckner and sits only 6 games back of Jim Cleamons for the 7th most wins in Mavs history.

22-60? Is that really his record?

Unrelated, how does cusa schedule work in that we play rice twice? There aren't enough games to play everybody then are there?

Edit: Wiki tells me 35-46. Humorously, the first image result when searching for Tony Benford is the Hindenburg bursting into flame.

18 game CUSA schedule. You play 8 teams once each and the other 5 teams twice each.

And if you are WKU, you only travel to Denton once every decade.

I was piggybacking off the 22 wins as a Mavs coach thing. In reality, he's won more games than 3 Mavs coaches did in their whole careers though and in way fewer games!

Did the Mav's coaches get to count a bunch of games against the Bulgarian national team?

Oh and did any lose to the Washington Generals?

Well, now we know what happens when a team gets a third half to adjust.

12-19 on 3's for Rice and yet we don't adjust -- we are giving them easy 3's WHY!
