Two years. Let me repeat that...Two Years!!

Two years from now, things are going to be a lot different around here. We're gonna' look around and wonder how far we've come in such little time. It's gonna' make the wasted time of the Dodge era seem even more disgraceful. But all of that is going to be in our rear-view mirror. This football team is headed in the right direction and with a lot of force.

There's gonna' be some setbacks. We're going to lose some games we should have won and this board will blow up for a bit. We may get some injuries that knock us off track for a bit. But when we look around in about TWO YEARS, things are gonna' be looking pretty good.

For now, enjoy the minimal traffic problems. Enjoy having plenty of leg room to spread out. Enjoy the short lines at concessions and restrooms. Take in the last few moments of listening to your co-workers be dismissive or "meh" at your MEAN GREEN, because things are about to change.

As this forum's title says..."Coach Mac is our leader and will take us to the promised land". We are starting to see the signs of this and in about two more years, it'll really begin to shine BRIGHT GREEN! Mark it!!

Actually . . . they did give up a couple sacks on Saturday. But your general premise is right on . . . this is a very good offensive line.

Yes and no. 3 are very young, but we will lose 2 starters after this year. Fortunately, Anyiam is getting some playing time. Center is where we will be starter over for the most part.

Anyiam started this last game

But we will reload with the #11 (??) center recruit in the nation who, according Boone Fedlt himself, was already 2nd team before having shoulder surgery for a nerve problem that persisted since high school.

Get better, Boone. The Center position awaits. And by better, I mean health wise and size wise. Eat, young man, eat!!!

TD brought energy to the program. He reached out to the fans (but not as much as Mac) and increased attendance and excitement.

Unfortunately, TD was apparently underqualified for the position. Unfortunately for high school FB coaches throughout the USA, colleges will look at the TD experiment and be too afraid to take the risk in the future.

The TD era was maddening. His teams had no discipline at all. However, the man gave it his best and I appreciate his effort. Most of us here (not everyone I know) were excited by the hire. We all learned a lesson.

The TD era led us to Coach Mac. If not for that, we may be on a different path with less potential. Things happen for a reason.

Come on now. We all know you win college football games by having 15 wide receivers in every recruiting class.

Yeah, Feldt is coming up, but look at the recruiting Mac has done this year and last... Getting some beef on that O-line and building some depth has been priority #1

I have to agree. Attention and overall energy in the program went way up with TD, but wins were obviously practically non-existent. Just a failed experiment, but I'm happy to where it led us. Mac is doing it right, and our OL is the core of it all.
