Hell, yes! Some of us posted about this guy in May or June. He started on OU's special teams as a freshman and blocked a punt. The kid's a gamer.

At 5'9", this kid must be one hell of an athlete to have made 4 stars, get signed by OU, and play as a freshman.

Welcome to the Mean Green!

Exciting news! This is the second 4 star transfer from a BCS Program under McCarneys watch. I wouldn't be surprised with the massive amount of connections on this coaching staff and the respect that Coach McCarney had from his colleagues that we are able to get a few of these per calendar year; which these guys can be program changers!

Nice addition. I believe he qualifies as the highest-rated recruit landed under the McCarney staff.

This looks like a great addition. Coach Mac has now added two 4 star transfers in his first year. 2012 could be a special year for North Texas football. The other programs in the Sun Belt have to be taking notice.

Has any football coach in our history ever brought in two 4 star transfers in one year?

Has any other HC had a new stadium to recruit to? In all fairness, these Rival ratings have not always been around. If so, Milton Collins would have been a 5 star; and many others 4*.

Albeit a transfer, what a great add-on to our upcoming recruiting class. Now if we could just get that HS running back about 12 minutes from me over at Aledo High School. Hey, we might as well shoot for the moon because I think Coach McCarney seems to be doing just that.

So? what so bad about being a homer? and hes transfering from OU.... Not North Texas....to try to compare this to RD again is a lil ridiculous but hey its gmg.com ive come to expect some strong opinions. RD didnt transfer becuz of PT, hell with Darius Carey being dismissed he probably wouldve been the starting WR , something you couldnt say about Marcus Trice....OU is stacked at WR with Broyles and just about every other position is stacked so you cant really call someone a quitter if they are leaving to the team for PT
