I just think this guy is phenomenal! If you haven't had a chance to watch this please do as it gives you a LOT of insight into what is going on inside the UNT Strength and Conditioning program.

Not sure about the unpasteurized milk recommendation. That's a great way to get some awful food poisoning.

B.S. I've drank unpasteurized milk for years and it never bothered anyone in the family

Oh, I'm sure there are. There is also a whole documented history of e coli infections, deaths to children, etc. Not to mention deaths not reported but attributable to drinking it. Just be aware of the risks, that's all.
