That said, any staff members lost for promotions elsewhere would be well deserved. We've also seen such a dramatic change with the program's approach to hiring under Mac that I think we can trust the prospect of replacing coaches to be done well.

I know when Coach Mac put together his staff, the two assistants we were most excited about (other than maybe Coach Chico) were Clint Bowen and Kent Riddle.

Both positions have clearly been upgraded by their replacements.
