Damn dude. Way to show your support. I was a TAMS RA in the 90s. Great students and they love UNT. Congrats to her. She earned it and we got publicity. GO UNT!

On the "black" sweatshirt -- before the final two rounds, I had seen her once before and I thought the sweatshirt she was wearing showed up green on the HD TV, but maybe I missed a round when she was wearing black, or maybe the photo doesn't show the green well.

REGARDLESS . . . not only is this a great "win" for UNT in many ways, including student support (she gave the claw sign in the introductions), but of the final 3, she was so much more personable, funny, relaxed, down-to-earth, genuinely surprised and happy to win than the others. The Vanderbilt guy was annoying, even irritating, the Goucher gal seemed surly, or least, not very happy -- but then, maybe she's stoic and serious. The Vandy guy, though . . . nah, irritating. The best contestant, in many ways, WON.

I'm very proud of her.
